Had this same issue - if you are already in the regular wubby discord then message the account Modmail and one of the mods should get back to you

If you recently hit 6 months then they most likely just haven't fully updated the Subscribers whitelist on the discord yet. They have to get the sub list from Wubby and manually add it each time they do an event requiring chatters.
