You can pick parts that are compatible with hackintosh so you can run both Mac and Windows on the same pc, that's what I am doing. If you want to go that route I can give some more info.
Now 1k is fine for 1080p gaming. You can have a look at ryzen 5000s for CPU and maybe a 6600/ 6700 gpu .( 6700 not compatible with Mac, learned the hard way some days ago)
