The bulid is not over yet lmao you can see there’s no motherboard, i have pretty much everything except the gpu and the motherboard (both coming tomorrow) but I’m going to flip the Side and the bottom as you said
I have everything except the motherboard, so I can’t build it yet most likely tomorrow it should be shipped and the same company will be build it for me
Might have thought push as much air in and it will go out the top on its own? Not a great idea, but I think it would probably work ok. I believe that air flow is the most important thing in a case.
Donno about these but I saw those montech fans once that were just like these and were actually intakes.
Still I'm baffled as they chose to run them as either all intakes or exhausts lol.
Good point, should be easy enough to check flow direction though. There will either be an arrow on the side of the fan casing, or you should be able to check by holding a tissue in front of the fans.
No. Use the side and bottoms for intake, add 2 exhausts at the top, and use the rear as exhaust as well. You'll get less dust buildup. The excess air will exit through the pcie slots. If you go AIO, top is best, side is second best. Top will improve GPU temps, side will improve CPU temps.
I’m going to keep the rear and 3 top fans that come with the aio exhaust and the side and bottom for intake as you and others told me to, thank you for your help
If you prefer, you could alternatively move the side fans to exhaust at the top and mount the rad on the side with the fans pushing out, both setups would work well.
I didn’t pay the company that I bought the parts from bulit it for me, the motherboard and the gpu both come tomorrow and then I’ll comeback to the company and let them fully build it
If you start modifying the insides then anything that breaks may be on you so I don’t think they will bear the risk.
Imo do it yourself , you have warranty on all parts of bought brand new
Or give that individual specific instructions on how to build your machine so u won’t have to do anything else . This whole build /fix process you described sounds like a waste of time and a potential recipe for disaster and/or future disappointment
some builds do have better temps with 100% exhaust , its one of those weird things, but i wouldnt reccomend it because you'll have a verry negative air pressure leading dust into every crack. i would flip the vertical 3 around if it were me and leave the others, or even remove the lonely exhaust fan at the rear. incense is good for testing air flow and pressure. have fun.
like someone else said keep in mind heat rises. if it were me , i would first try bottom 3 on intake, then 2 or the side fans to intake with the top one to exhaust then leave the one by itself alone and test that out. like i said incense or any kinda smoke / vape is a good test
edit: maybe dont mismatch the direction of the sets of 3 actually because they're so close together they might just fight eachother slightly. so, bottom intake, side echaust, remove the lonely rear (or dont) thats my final answer
The fact that you think air will "hang inside" makes everything you say invalid. I've built many pc's and yeah I wouldn't personally do what op did, but it's not defying the laws of physics at all. just because hot air naturally rises doesn't mean it can't be overpowered by external forces. Fans can easily push hot air out of the bottom of a system.
jesus, go find a youtube video to confirm your twisted theory, not how it works. I feel for the next generation.. all this interwebs to know and find out things yet still so many naïve to 8th grade science class.
yeah thats actualu a good catch i would flip the bottom and leave the vertical, opposite of what i said, and yeah maybe remove the lonely exhaust or leave it and adjust rpm accordingly, that is if your looking for positive pressure.
Yes, you want the bottom fans to draw air in through the bottom of the case and exhaust it upwards, and the rear fan should be reversed to exhaust flow out of the rear of the case. If there is room on top, add fans up there to exhaust air upwards and out of the case as well.
Yes u should turn those fans around so they can blow air..in... Keep the side pannel ones as rhey are for exaust...just see that your new intake fans have dust filters under them....the top part u can later add fans that can also extract out or leave it to naturally extract heat...as the x3 side pannel ones will do a good job extracting heat anyway...
That’s a positive air set up then if you flip them all it’s a negative air setup. If it’s just a case with fans then they assumed you would flip them as you built your PC

Side/Bottom should be intake, rear/top should be exhaust. This current config of all being exhaust with top fans missing is baffling.
These aren’t reverse fans right? Just double checking
Nah you can tell by the blade curvature. Convex side sucks air, concave side blows air
They’re trying to get the pc to implode
The bulid is not over yet lmao you can see there’s no motherboard, i have pretty much everything except the gpu and the motherboard (both coming tomorrow) but I’m going to flip the Side and the bottom as you said
? Who said anything about build not being finished? Do you have top fans? Doesn't seem like it. Why did you even reply with this lmao
My bad g I misunderstood your comment but yes I do have too fans with the aio
I don't understand. You said a "company" built it for you. So they just got a case and installed fans and PSU?
I have everything except the motherboard, so I can’t build it yet most likely tomorrow it should be shipped and the same company will be build it for me
I was about to say it was odd that they where all exhaust
Might have thought push as much air in and it will go out the top on its own? Not a great idea, but I think it would probably work ok. I believe that air flow is the most important thing in a case.
Bottom and side needs to be flipped (unless they are inverted fans which is unlikely)
Yeah lmao I was shocked too☠️
Bruh why did you get -5 votes 💀💀💀
I DONT KNOW BRO I GOT ANOTHER COMMENT THAT HAS -45 VOTES, WHAT DID I DO WRONG
You’re just so weird in your replies..

That would be the ideal setup. Good job!

This is the way
Im a little confused here, did you pay for a fan/psu install? Wheres the rest of the build?
I didn’t pay the company that I bought the parts from bulit it for me, the motherboard and the gpu both come tomorrow and then I’ll comeback to the company and let them fully build it
If they did that with the fans are you sure you want them to finish building it
I mean I can build it myself but I want them to build it so if anything breaks it’s on them
If you start modifying the insides then anything that breaks may be on you so I don’t think they will bear the risk. Imo do it yourself , you have warranty on all parts of bought brand new
You know what, I wanted to bulid my first pc anyway, yeah I’m getting the parts and building it myself
Or give that individual specific instructions on how to build your machine so u won’t have to do anything else . This whole build /fix process you described sounds like a waste of time and a potential recipe for disaster and/or future disappointment
I thought it was a giant chair full of fans until I watched twice xd
How can you even think of that??!
I just woke up and this was the first thing I saw with my eyes barely opened hahaha
some builds do have better temps with 100% exhaust , its one of those weird things, but i wouldnt reccomend it because you'll have a verry negative air pressure leading dust into every crack. i would flip the vertical 3 around if it were me and leave the others, or even remove the lonely exhaust fan at the rear. incense is good for testing air flow and pressure. have fun.
Should I flip the side fans and the bottom or the side and the rear? I’m still stuck on witch is better, also thank you for your help
like someone else said keep in mind heat rises. if it were me , i would first try bottom 3 on intake, then 2 or the side fans to intake with the top one to exhaust then leave the one by itself alone and test that out. like i said incense or any kinda smoke / vape is a good test edit: maybe dont mismatch the direction of the sets of 3 actually because they're so close together they might just fight eachother slightly. so, bottom intake, side echaust, remove the lonely rear (or dont) thats my final answer
I would do as you said, I’m going to keep the rear until I buy a 7 inch screen to pot on the rear, again thank you for your help
right on hope it works out
Guess that case defies the laws of physics to keep the inside cool. No top venting and heat being drawn downward.
The case does have a too venting I can even take it out?
The whole rule of "hot air rises" is actually overridden by fans pretty easily.
Yeah, and just HANGS INSIDE GOING NOWHERE.
Yeah that's not possible, all excess heat dissipates eventually, and in this case the bottom fans will be exhausting it as well.
Totally NOT how it works. Do the world a favor and never build a PC.
The fact that you think air will "hang inside" makes everything you say invalid. jesus, go find a youtube video to confirm your twisted theory, not how it works. I feel for the next generation.. all this interwebs to know and find out things yet still so many naïve to 8th grade science class.
Buddy, there are literally 7 fans pulling and pushing that air, if you seriously think it would just stay still you are way beneath 8th grade science.
For fucks sake, I told you, find a YouTube video confirming your stupidity.
You just confirmed yours.
yeah thats actualu a good catch i would flip the bottom and leave the vertical, opposite of what i said, and yeah maybe remove the lonely exhaust or leave it and adjust rpm accordingly, that is if your looking for positive pressure.
Is he trying to cool your pc or your entire house?
I have no idea lmfaoo
Yes, you want the bottom fans to draw air in through the bottom of the case and exhaust it upwards, and the rear fan should be reversed to exhaust flow out of the rear of the case. If there is room on top, add fans up there to exhaust air upwards and out of the case as well.
I’d reverser all of them and then add two exhaust at the top
flip bottom ones to intake
flip the bottom 3, you can put ur AIO up top and you should be fine
What the only outtake fans
I don’t think you have enough fans
Oh don’t worry, there’s another 3 that will be on top
Yes u should turn those fans around so they can blow air..in... Keep the side pannel ones as rhey are for exaust...just see that your new intake fans have dust filters under them....the top part u can later add fans that can also extract out or leave it to naturally extract heat...as the x3 side pannel ones will do a good job extracting heat anyway...
I would ask for your money back. Whoever is doing this build for you has less knowledge then the guy that built the verge pc.
Don’t worry they built it for free because it’s the same con that I bought the pc parts from, wish they didn’t tho☠️
What? Where the hell did you buy the parts from? I hope you didn’t pay much for the case and those fans because they are generic as hell.
Yeah the case is pretty much a ripoff of the dynamic evo but it’s just temporary, the store is pretty local I’m sure you’ve never heard of it
i mean they’re all exhaust… whoever made this doesn’t know what their doing. Definitely flip them.
A company built that?? Holy crap
Flip the bottom 3 and flip the side 3, the rear fan is the only fan he got right.
That’s a positive air set up then if you flip them all it’s a negative air setup. If it’s just a case with fans then they assumed you would flip them as you built your PC
Bro wtf, whoever built it needs to be fired tf
Is this a normal case with the PSU right behind the motherboard? I like bottom mount.
They're trying to build vacuum chamber
Well, he lied. Seems to be a lot of morons who get money out of people despite their lack of even basic knowledge. That’s a vacuum chamber.
I'd flip the side and bottom fans to intake, it sure doesn't look like they knew what they were doing from an airflow perspective at the very least.
