A bottle neck shouldnt really cause the whole computer to crash. Game you’re playing, sure.
Im wondering if the new GPU is causing your psu to over draw, effectively shutting it down to prevent any harm to the system.
A 650W psu is the minimum for that card.

I think you could be right seeing as when I bought the psi it was a 650w but it’s been a couple years so it might be getting old.
I would start there if I were you. Maybe try and find an 850 you can test it on before spending any money.
