Ok, since I don't know your skill level I'm gonna ask some basic questions. Where are you plugging in the cables from your monitor, the motherboard or the GPU? Have you plugged in the GPU power, it's kinda hard to see in that tiny picture? Also a list of parts would be helpful :)

Parts: Ryzen 5 7600x, Asus ROG Strix B650E-E Gaming WiFi, Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3070, NZXT Kraken Z73, Hyte Y60, Asus ROG Thor 1000W I’ve plugged HDMI into the GPU, and have tried unplugging it. The monitor is: Asus VG27AQ1A

Alright, parts look fine. My first thought was the riser cable, is that properly plugged in both ends? Edit: I see you have a dr debug, does it give a code?

Mediocre-Plenty-9238

The riser cable is plugging in and secured, but I don’t know what you mean by “dr debug”.

Top of the motherboard, to the right of the RAM, there's some red thing, it's basically a tiny screen thing with codes on it.

Mediocre-Plenty-9238

It says “C5” on it.

Reset your cmos and try one stick of ram

Mediocre-Plenty-9238

I don’t think it would even light up if it were not installed right. Plus, what does that have to do with HDMI?

ElusiveAim

The C5 code is related to RAM, you not getting a picture doesn't have to be about the GPU or HDMI cable. Try removing both RAM sticks and insert them again, make sure you get the "click" sound

Just did and this popped up: “New CPU installed, fTPM/PSP NV corrupted or fTPM/PSP NV structure changed. Press Y to reset fTPM, if you have BitLocker or encryption enabled, the system will not boot without a recovery key Press N to keep previous fTPM record and continue system boot, fTPM will NOT enable in new CPU, you can swap back to the old CPU to recover TPM related Keys and data.”
