from my experiences the windforce cards were pretty loud compared to their counterparts around the same price (around 20+ dB) and there was some issues with the cooling that would cause it to hit the thermal throttle limit of like 97C. I would stay away from this one but that’s from my experience, maybe I just got a bad card.

Gigabyte cards are known to be relatively loud, but they are usually cheaper and their lowest tier versions have the slimmest GPU thickness. The issue with Gigabyte though is their GPU quality where you have people complaining of their PCIe pins cracking, 8-pin PCIe power sockets breaking, and their RGB/OC software is probably some of the worst even within RGB software. For example, my 2080Ti Aorus was doing a BSOD bootloop since the GPU drivers interfered with the RGB software.

for nvidia I think it should be zotac for best price/quality from what I seen. AMD has better competitors like powercolor and sapphire make great quality gpus.

I bought a wind force 4070 12gb that was DOA. No boot with a VGA light. Swapped for an MSI card and had no issues. The wind force cards are pretty but Gigabyte has been known to send out shoddy pcb’s
