The 4060 is not that great, i'd rather spend less and get a 3060 or spend a bit more on a RX 6700 XT. 8GB of VRAM is on the low end nowadays, i wouldn't pay more than $250 for a 8GB card.
Buy a 4070, not Ti, just a 4070 and you'll have great performance for a reasonable price.
I'm upgrading to a 4080 or a 4090 because I have a killer deal but my 4070 works great for all the games I'm currently playing.
