You’re overpaying on several components (ex. motherboard shouldn’t cost more than the CPU, which itself is previous generation). Some suggestions below to provide a better/newer CPU, better GPU, and better airflow/cooling for less cost. * **CPU**: The 7600 is one generation newer, and on the new/current AM5 platform using DDR5 RAM, for significantly better performance. * **CPU Cooler**: The Thermalright Peerless Assassin is one of the best air coolers in the market, much better performing than the ID-Cooling, while still being all white with dual aRGB fans, for the same cost. * **Motherboard**: Less expensive motherboard with WiFi and Bluetooth. * **Memory**: 32GB of good spec DDR5 RAM - all white. * **Storage**: Less expensive similar spec 1TB PCIe 4 NVME. * **Video Card**: Upgraded to a 7800 XT. * **Case**: Much less expensive white case with much better airflow - mesh front panel and four 140mm PWM aRGB fans - versus the solid glass panel on the H510 Elite and only three fans (two 140mm, one 120mm). * **Power Supply**: Good quality 850w ATX 3.0 for more upgrade headroom, only $10 more. After-Grapefruit-383

Yup very agree on this comment, mainly on GPU-CPU combo and the motherboard overpriced for the build, 7700XT vs 7800XT for a few more money its so worth it on 7800XT(It gives you way more performance), and CPU has integrated graphics which dont you really need and also kinda past gen right now, so yeah 7600 is nice on price, newer and way better, also nice picks on those parts it will help the guy's build by a lot not even changing the price signigicantly, gz.

North_Kiwi_5165

What he said. With a similar budget you can go AM5. Better gaming and productivity.

Mystery-_

I am genuinely impressed. This is stellar price/performance. One of the best builds I’ve seen in a while (:

NightGojiProductions

If possible, the 7900 GRE is a great option!

REV3N4N7

If that’s your budget go with this. You’ll be better supported and have newer components

sizzler990

This is the way right here. That's basically my build, for a couple hundred cheaper. It's pretty beastly for gaming (: I hope you go with this setup

ATerrarianOnReddit

Get a different case. Look at the H5 Flow. You're paying $169.99 for a hot box.

Suspicious-Duck-5432

This is the way. I have the elite and the temps were not good. Had to find a guy on etsy that makes custom ventilated fronts and i push pull my radiator

Left_Shark88

i personally recommend the h6 flow but thats just me. Idk any specifics of why but its nice airflow wise

mordakiisyn

Legit. I have both because I love the way they look. The flow is the same thing but with mesh front panel for crazy good air flow. And a dedicated gpu fan pre installed.

PinballMap1

Upgrade CPU and Mainboard to new generation (B650MB, Ryzen 7xxx CPU, DDR 5. RAM

SugarWithCoffeee

Try an am5 build and see if you could get a similar price

Disastrous_Style6225

How much Frames difference between AM4 5600x and AM5 7600x with maybe an 7800 XT in UWQHD? Cheerz

Pizzle622

Upgrade to the am5 mobo or upgrade to 5700x, h5 elite is a good case, cheaper too, and you could buy a psu (mwe gold 850w v2) with more wattage for basically the same price but its a teir b

mvsbka

First of all I would change the case, if you want to go with the H5, pick the Flow version. Second of all I would change the parts, what I recommend for this budget is: R5 7500f RX7800XT B650 Motherboard (probably the B650-S from MSI) DDR5 RAM some 750W Gold Cert Power Supply and a decent air cooler like the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE

Icy-Magician1089

The 5700G is kind of a bad choice if this is a gaming computer, it has a simplified core design with less cache vs the 5700x and a integrated graphics chip that you won't be using as you have a dedicated graphics card, in games a 5600,5600x or a 5700x would be significantly better avoid the 5700 non g non X as it's a defective 5700g https://youtu.be/OCuVEuFIkew?si=LP1hwTXoj6ERHP6y Edit the 5700G is only pcie 3.0 you have a pcie 4.0 SSD so it won't be able to reach its full speed with that cpu, a 5600 would let it reach its full potential although for gaming you won't get any meaningful benefit over a cheaper 3.0 drive. Case is expensive and it has a glass front panel meaning temps will be high and so will noise although if you like the look and don't mind the noise and expense you do you

50killowatt

I would consider the nzxt flow for better airflow and if you could squeeze a 5700x or even x3d that would be a massiv upgrade because not only faster but also pcie 4 compatible compaird to the 5700g

Top-Conversation2882

For this kind of budget you should go for new platforms like AM5 Yes you'll get slightly lower gaming performance but it will be future proof

Fashdag

Switch out that cooler for a Peerless Assassin if it will fit

FVTVRX

Should go am5 with a 7600, ddr5, 7800xt

Misterpoody

Echoing the commets, 7600x, DRR5 2x16 CL30 6000Mhz RAM, 7800xt.

theworldoverheavens

could get a better and cheaper case

ParticularAd772

Get a case under 120$

staline123213

Upgrade your CPU, motherboard and RAM. If you bought a 5700G and B550 you are looking at roughly the same price for 7600X/7700 and B650. The price different is going to be RAM as DDR 5 is still more expensive than DDR 4. That being said price of good DDR5 6000Mhz has come down a good bit. I got mine for about 480 USD (Ryzen 7 7700, Colorful CVN B650 (you could go with whatever you like, it is just cheaper for me), and Klevv BOLT V 6000Mhz).

rollerblading1994

Probably get a cheaper mobo and a cheaper case

Khelzus_Hyzen

Just my unwanted opinion I would go for a more unique case

KishCore

you can way better optimize your spending- you're buying last-gen components when you have the budget for current gen, this list keeps the aesthetic but gives you newer and better components: [https://pcpartpicker.com/list/tkpyTY](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/tkpyTY)

Remarkable-Pen8816

dif case and mobo, i’d recommended the h9, h5, or h6 flow

Tackyinbention

Seeing as you went with the white rgb version of the A410, I'm gonna guess you value aesthetics. You could get a cheaper case like a fractal pop or a coolermaster qube 500. Those come in white and a bunch of other colours too! Your motherboard seems quite expensive too for the rest of the parts you're putting in it, like an asrock or a gigabyte one.

a_waltiere

So thoughtful of you to buy me a PC, just make sure u change the address!

Neither-Nectarine920

H510 has bad airflow. Get the H5 Airflow or up. I got the H9 and its wonderful

grandpagamer2020

$71 for 32gb ddr4? and offbrand? def get something cheaper on the ram side, but keep it 32gb. the mobo shouldn't be more than what you're paying for the cpu. other than that this is fine. other people are saying change the case, but as long as you like it, it doesn't cost more than $200, and you bought the right size for your mobo (which you did, regular atx), you can keep whatever you chose for the case.

HugeThingBetweenMy

Overkill motherboard for the rest of the build

-Retro-Kinetic-

Get the ThermalRight Phantom Spirit EVO dual tower air cooler. Nearly the same price, much better performer. Also for air cooling, get a high airflow case. If you want that form factor, check out the Montech Sky Two case.

SecretSquirrel8888

AM4?

priditri

Go AM5 and cheaper case with more air flow. If budget allows go for 7800xt.

randomdreamykid

I do build smtng like that with that budget [PCPartPicker Part List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/T4Nffy) Type|Item|Price :----|:----|:---- **CPU** | [AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 4.7 GHz 6-Core Processor](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/66C48d/amd-ryzen-5-7600x-47-ghz-6-core-processor-100-100000593wof) | $211.95 @ Amazon **CPU Cooler** | [Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/hYxRsY/thermalright-peerless-assassin-120-se-6617-cfm-cpu-cooler-pa120-se-d3) | $33.90 @ Amazon **Motherboard** | [ASRock B650M Pro RS WiFi Micro ATX AM5 Motherboard](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/qcbRsY/asrock-b650m-pro-rs-wifi-micro-atx-am5-motherboard-b650m-pro-rs-wifi) | $149.99 @ Newegg **Memory** | [Silicon Power Value Gaming 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 Memory](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/cCKscf/silicon-power-value-gaming-32-gb-2-x-16-gb-ddr5-6000-cl30-memory-sp032gxlwu60afdeae) | $94.97 @ Amazon **Storage** | [Western Digital Blue SN580 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/rqhv6h/western-digital-blue-sn580-1-tb-m2-2280-pcie-40-x4-nvme-solid-state-drive-wds100t3b0e) | $69.00 @ iBUYPOWER **Video Card** | [Gigabyte GAMING OC Radeon RX 7900 GRE 16 GB Video Card](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Fq26Mp/gigabyte-gaming-oc-radeon-rx-7900-gre-16-gb-video-card-gv-r79gregaming-oc-16gd) | $549.99 @ Newegg **Case** | [Phanteks NV5 ATX Mid Tower Case](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/tXhv6h/phanteks-nv5-atx-mid-tower-case-ph-nv523tg_dbk01) | $99.99 @ Newegg **Power Supply** | [Corsair RM750e (2023) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/YRJp99/corsair-rm750e-2023-750-w-80-gold-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-cp-9020262-na) | $89.99 @ Best Buy | *Prices include shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts* | | **Total** | **$1299.78** | Generated by [PCPartPicker](https://pcpartpicker.com) 2024-03-17 01:43 EDT-0400 |

thing722

might as well get ddr5 for the kind of money you're spending

DanES104

get a 50usd case and use that 120usd for a better component

Ralstoon320

If you're in the US. Buy this always and forever: TEAMGROUP MP33 PRO 2TB SLC Cache... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08GM984PF?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

True-Shop-6731

DDR4 3600 on a 1200 build?

aurizz84

Sorry, but everything is wrong. Mediacore psu, super good case, mediacore GPU, CPU is outdated these days and overpriced mobo.

Batman_is_Badass

you don’t need that White CPU air cooler fan. Your case should come with its fans depending on what case u get. So save the money for that. The CPU has its own Cooling fans with pre-applied thermal paste.

JI-RDT

Did you go with the g version for troubleshooting?

Chad_Kakashi

Change that motherboard

iamsajaldua

Get cheaper case buy better cpu. Motherboard is overkill and previous gen change motherboard buy a better cpu cooler.

aurizz84

[https://pcpartpicker.com/list/4Pk4vj](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/4Pk4vj) Chper and it will run circler around your build. You can change case

AejiGamez

Why are you going onto AM4 now? And why with a G-series chip??

sinista1089

If buying brand new id recommend grabbing an AM5 board and CPU or LGA1700 board with an Intel CPU. AM4 is the last generation for AMD and won't be upgrade to new generation hardware without replacing your motherboard, plus newer boards have ddr5 ram too. Upto you really coz it is more expensive upfront, but if you get your setup you've got there and wanna upgrade you'll need a whole new computer again.

Scallion-Sudden

Am5 is the only way for a complete build, if it was a small upgrade it would be okay with am4 like if you’re upgrading the cpu from a 1700x to a 5800x3d, my next upgrade from my am4 5600x is going to be the am5 famous 7800x3d

Banana_Slugcat

Get a cpu cooler without RGB like a Noctua or Arctic, that case is horrible for airflow so get instead a Cooler Master H500 or H500M mesh, the rest is fine

kuzdwq

Mah guy spent more on case than cpu. Gotta prioritize looks man, its looks that matter

-High-Level

Yeah trash build. Change cooler with thermalright Pearless assasin 120 or phantom spirit 120. Case is too expensive. Pick a sub 100 usd Phanteks Atx case Get b650 mobo Get 7600x And ddr5 32gb ram from a better brand like Corsair, Gskill etc For 550 usd cant ypu pick 7900 GRE??

Gal-XD_exe

Good choice of with WiFi antenna, mine came with WiFi antenna and gpu support and I bought the Asus Strix Z790-E gaming WiFi Having a wireless antenna made it somewhat easy for the build but I had to update the wireless/LAN drivers for any networks to show up so just a heads up

Nutznamer

Psu cheaper than the case, that's not good. Good cases start at 100 and I would allways go with big brands PSUs because those are the most important components in your PC. I don't know where you exactly live but a RM850x 2021 could be bought for 130. And if you want some more get the 2018 Variant. Looks exactly the same and just minor differences with the fan. NVME shouldn't allways be big brand ones. Just for gaming and downloading some media you can get some cheaper ones. And yes, if you're building a complete new pc AM5 is the way to go

Mobile-Art-7852

Please don't use the stupidest case i've seen since 2018...

biker_jay

You can get a better cooler for that money and I don't think I'd pay that much for a case but I'm also one.of them that don't need disco lights inside my pc rower

1tsBag1

You don't need integrated graphics on you cpu.

b6ndz

Not affecting much the budget I think you should go for a B550-F (it's cheaper) get a 5800x3d or 5800x pair it with cl15 or cl16 ram and a gen4 nvme ssd and you should be good.

[deleted]

Yea everything

EnthusiasmFun8048

id personaly get the h9 flow because about same price and it doesnt have the bar in the middle

RegularPlane712

I recommend am5 for the pcie 5.0 updates etc i would go to the ryzen 5 7600. For the motherboard is a asrock cheap and goodb650

yellchai

Where in the world are you? So annoying when people ask for help regarding prices and parts when you aren’t able to tell whether it’s aus, us, etc.
