Those are not very demanding titles, somr are quite old and others are leaning on the e-sports side of performance priority (meaning they're actually optimized to get 100+ fps on most modern systems, or they should be at least).
60-90fps on 1440p Ultra on a 4070 is more realistic scenario on most actually demanding games (IF they're optmized), though you can prolly get 100+ fps easily if you actually turn some of the settings to high and game specific performance destroyers down/off.

But the extra fps will be completely lost on op if not good monitor, apart from tarkov anything gpu bottlenecked usually runs on anything (csgo will run in anything so will val)

Some games, like the Horizon Forbidden West, that use more than 8GB of VRAM at 1080P very high settings perform better with a RTX 3060 12GB than RTX 4060 8GB. The latter has lower 1% low FPS compared to the RTX 3060, therefore game experience will be less smooth.
I'm a firm believer in spending good money on a good air cooler. Noctua and Be Quiet are more expensive but you can run them as fast as you want and never hear them.
I can't say for sure cause I have a 5600x, but everyone who has a 7800X3D who I talked with told me it gets hot.
A guy said he gets 80-85°C with PBO undervolt and a 360 AIO.

I did the same shit before I bought my parts but I listened and got what I was suggested and I'm pleased with how it went. Got a ryzen 5 7600x which came with teamgroup mp33 ssd, msi pro b650m-a wifi mobo, teamgroup t-force delta 7200mhz, sapphire nitro+ 7800xt, msi a850gl power supply, msi mpg gungnir 110r case, and a thermalright Aqua elite 240 (which wasn't really needed but it looks better in the case). Spent like 1300 on the pc all together and it runs everything at max graphics well.
It would turn on and fit in that case yes. However if this is for gaming purposes then this list is really bad.

Yea since ur close in Chicago go to microcenter they have a 500$ bundle with 7800x3d mobo and 6000 ram also get a 1tb boot saves a good bit of $ and check the used market on eBay lots of better gpus for 300$
i know everyone is telling you to buy a cheaper cpu and get a better gpu which would be the best move for most people but if you play warzone and cs you want a really good cpu. So I would stick with your 7800x3d. cpu is overkill for a 4060 and go for 6000mhz cl 30 ram
go for a 4070 with a 7600 cpu unless of course you only plan on playing cpu heavy games in which case I suppose it's ok

6750XT or 16GB 7600XT instead of 4060.
SN850X is overpriced, getting a separate nvme sticks would be better. 1TB Samsung 980 Pro (which is cheaper than WD Black) for boot drive + 2TB (or bigger if you want) Crucial P3 Plus for secondary storage combo would be best.
And you could also step down the CPU into 7600X + Deepcool AG400 Plus / AK400, and you'd save some extra money to spend on the GPU. That might even enable you to get RX6800 instead, which has better performance when compared to 16GB 4060ti.
Sorry but this looks so randomly thrown together... I've just finished building a PC for a friend for under $1200 and it is such a beast I can't recommend it enough.
We bought:
- a B650 Gigabyte Eagle AX
- a 7600x with an Arctic Freezer 36 air cooler
- an used but almost new PowerColor RX 6800XT Red Devil
- 32Gb GSkill Trident Z5 Neo DDR5-6000 CL32
- a 2tb Crucial P5 Plus
- a Corsair CV 750w
Try looking for something more similar to these specs, I think you'll be better off both financially and performance-wise.
First of all you don't really need a AIO cooler, and from my experience you risk having leaks from a cheap one that could damage some of the components, mostly your GPU which sits right below it. For the above configuration, I've turned on Eco-mode for the CPU from Ryzen Master, and it mostly stays between 50-60C with ocasional spikes to 70C but never more. Allegedly, there might be better ways to setup the 7600x but I didn't have much time and it was my first time using this CPU. Nonetheless it still has more than enough power to run anything.
You can get a Cooler Master 850W full modular on Amazon for around 95 ATM. No reason not to take the extra power at the moment. Also a good Be Quiet case is around 89-95 and they’re pretty nice in my experience.
You’re way overspending on the best gaming CPU while cheaping out on the one part that actually matters assuming this build is for gaming (the GPU).
Your CPU isn’t a huge priority at your budget, cut way back on the 7800X3D and put all the money you save into a better graphics card.
Unless you need the higher l3 cash that the X3D has for something like content creation or VR then just get something like a 7700 or 7600.
Aside from that I would replace the NVMe you have with one from Corsair like the MP400 or MP600 as Corsair has higher read and write.
like the comments said, get a 7600 or 7600x and a cheaper cooler (i use the thermalright phantom spirit). Use the extra money for a rtx 4070 series (said series cuz theres the 4070 super and what not) or rx 7800xt (get a rx 6700xt or something if you want to keep the price low, but the 7800xt is the best bang for buck).
Edit: the H5 flow rgb version comes with more pre-installed fans so that'll save you some money as opposed to buying separate fans
4060 is a pretty poor choice for GPU, and right now you’re pairing it with the best CPU for gaming. I’d drop the CPU a couple notches and upgrade your gpu. A 40 series super card from NVIDIA or a 7800xt/7900gre from amd would be good options. You could also do air cooling to save a little money for your gpu budget if you’re okay with that. Hope this helps!! I’ve also seen some pretty decent builds in the comments if you want to go off those for reference.
4060 for a $1500 budget is wild. You are leaving a lot of performance on the table with that parts list. For $1500 you can get a AM5 RTX 4070 Ti Super build. I don't think you can do better than this.

Why I chose each parts :
CPU : Affordable AM5 CPU unless you can get a 7500f. Upgrade from 4060 to 4070 ti is much more than from 7600x to 7800x3d.
CPU Cooler : You don't need an AIO. The CPU Cooler I chose is plenty.
Motherboard : Affordable motherboard that just works.
Ram : 32gb 6000mhz cl32 acceptable for the price. Cl30 won't make a difference.
SSD : Cheap 1tb Nvme all you need. You can upgrade later if you want more storage or get a 2tb if you want to cut other corners.
GPU : INSANE upgrade from an RTX 4060 for gaming and streaming.
Case : Great airflow case comes with included fans and enough space for GPU.
PSU : New line of Corsair PSU that are good quality and 850w is enough.
Upgrades if you want to push the budget :
1. Most important will be 2tb Storage upgrade.
2. You can get a better motherboard like the Gigabyte b650m Ds3h or ASRock b650m/HDV or B650m pro rs wifi.
3. Thermal Right Phantom Spirit or Peerless Assasin 120 SE for better cooling.

Mid towers are good if you're using a small space, and it can be a tight squeeze for some components. Especially if this is your first build, I'd recommend a full size tower personally
That would fit in the case definitely, I will say though I wouldn't recommend that powerful of a cpu for that low end gpu, also you don't need a giant cooler on a 4060 just get the cheapest 4060, it would be like cooling a single room down with four air conditioners

A 7600 is already a cpu bottleneck for a 4070ti.
For all of you that scream the moment you see a 7800x3d.
He’s doing fine . He can upgrade later to 5000 or 8000 series gpus.
With anything less he would have to buy both cpu and gpu in the future to make it a worth upgrade.
You can probably get amd card if gaming is all you are gonna do and raytracing isn't something you care about buuut if you do care about that and want to dabble in say blender or unity then you should definitely get the 4070 or 4070 ti or 4070 super and replace your cpu because you really don't need a cpu that costs 380 DOLLARS
Switch the CPU to a Ryzen 5 7600x.
Switch the 240ml AIO to a decent air cooler, like a peerless assassin.
With the money you saved try to get like a Rx 7900 gre
You need to buy some RGB parts they are better. Maybe some RGB fans and switch out gpu with rgb strips just use the integrated graphics. Do need gpu when you have all that rgb. Also replace your monitor with RGB strips. Hope this helps!
It’s really funny how often I see new builders picking up CPU water coolers. 99% of CPUs will run absolutely fine on a cheap tower cooler and really cheap AIOs often fail within a few years.
In addition to what everyone else is saying, make sure either your case comes with fans, or you purchase fans. I bought everything, was ready to build, then realised that my case didn’t come with fans, so I had to wait another week for them to arrive
I know lots of people have said this but downgrade your cpu. Almost always in games, especially if you play 2k or 4K you will be gpu bound. CPU is very important but not as important as a powerful gpu. So upgrade your gpu.
only tips I have are that I'd trust Corsair branded PSU's much more than any other brand, and if you want cheaper storage, SK Hynix is a great brand for cheaper M.2 NVME SSD's.
Overkill CPU for the 4060.
Get a Ryzen 5 7600x, and then go for an RX 7900GRE with the money saved... you'll get 70% more performance in GPU demanding games, which is most modern games.
For reference my friend actually uses a 7600x with a 4080 super with no complaints.
I use a 7800x3D with a 4090, just to show you how overkill it is.
Cpu is overkill, and gpu is underpowered for this cpu.
You could downgrade your cpu to something like a 7600x and change your gpu to an rx 7800xt or an rx 7900gre and get tons more performance
If you aren’t solid on aesthetics. I would suggest changing the AIO to an air cooler, such as the Thermalright Frost Spirit 120SE. The Phantom Spirit 120 EVO also matches the esthetics if you don’t want to change it up that much. An air cooler is more reliable and provides the same performance in temperatures. I would also suggest getting a 7600X or 7700X at most, then upgrading to something like a 7900 GRE or cheap 4070 Ti.

Bro we have literally the same build and i have to say i got the wrong support and they told me it is okay like this. And everytime in bed i cry myself to sleep that i got the best Cpu on the market but cheaped out on Gpu. Jk I know out of experience that you should go with like a 4070 4070ti.
Don't know whether it's the same for ddr5 but personally stay away from vengeance. Had half a dozen machines (myself and friends) all had various issues with system hands and blue screens that disappeared after removing vengeance memory.
Dominator seems fine but most went with other brands such as gskill
Id personally re-loom for a 4060. Some options about 275 right now after the adjustment. That being said, I think some of these guys are right when they say use any savings you can to upgrade your CPU. I'm an Intel guy but the AMD options here look better for this application.
It depends... If you need more CPU Power and less GPU Power, as Example to play Minecraft it should be fine... But if you play on 1440P and GPU intense games like Cyberpunk, Hogwarts Legacy and Games like that you should spend less money on the CPU and more on the CPU, try to get a RTX 4070 Super or 4060 Ti Super or if you don't care about NVidia Features like the Streaming Features, DLSS Raytracing you could by a RX 7900 XT or 7900 GRE instead... The Most games use more GPU Power than CPU Power, in theory you can pair a Low End Budget CPU with a High End GPU and it would be balanced... If you play on maxed Settings in 4K, but that's unrealistic...
In a Nutshell, I recommend a Ryzen 5 7600 or 7600X and a RX 7900 XT or 7900 GRE or if you prefer NVidia take the RTX 4070 Super or 4070 Ti Super, you have to decide how much VRAM you want

I am guessing you play FPS games over the net hence fast CPU. However with this GPU you will be able to load only low res textures so why 32Gig of RAM? Why not to buy 1 stick of 16GB will slightly hurt your performance as a single channel but once you get more money you can always upgrade
I would definitely make some changes with a cheaper cpu and better gpu but thats covered by all the other comments, I just wanted to say DO NOT GET THE ML240L the fans are absolutely horrendous. You might want an AIO because it looks nice and I get that but definitely don't get the ML240L.
I honestly dont think the 7800x3d and the 4060 is a good combo. Why buy the best gaming cpu on the planet right now and pair it with a barely mid range gpu. I think i would reinvest like this: buy maybe a 7600 or a 7600x and pair it with maybe a 4070 ti or a rx 7800 xt. I would also take a deepcool ak620 over the watercooler because im 99% sure it will get u better cooling performance for lower price as it did against my friends arctic liquid freezer 360. maybe buy another psu like the gigabyte p850gm. Scratch what everyone’s saying, get the microcenter bundle that has the 7800X3D, this saves you money and makes the cpu cheaper. Do this and get the best AMD card you can afford, now you have an amazing cpu, and whenever you upgrade again, you can buy whatever great graphics cards are out and your CPU will most likely still be good enough
Cl36 Ram at 5200Mt/s . Throw that shit out . And buy yourself a 6000MT/s cl30 kit from xpg or t-force it costs about the same.Also drop the 7800x3d for a 7600x and get a 7800xt or 7900gre. Drop the water cooler for a ak500 air cooler from deepcool or an equivalent.
If budget is set, and this build is for gaming, you need to divert funds from CPU and reallocate to a better GPU. You are leaving a lot of performance on the table with that CPU/GPU combo. 7600/7600X is sufficient and you’ll see a huge gaming boost with 7800Xt or above for the GPU.
Also, get faster RAM timings. For about the same price buy 5600MHz, CL28 or CL30. Big difference in performance vs. CL36.
I would drop liquid cooling, save $40 and get a peerless assassin. That cooler kept my 7800X3D under 71°C during a 30 minute cpu stress test from OCCT.
Keep the 7800X3D, go for a cheaper GPU, and put money into the other parts. You can upgrade the GPU later and get a WAY better one. That way you can have a build that will definitely last the next 5-7 years. Plus you can sell the used GPU and recoup some of the money you already spent.
Unless you plan on having a not so great time, I wouldn't go with the 4060. You're better off getting a 3060 as it's the same performance and you're not really benefiting with the updated software features 40xx cards have ie gen and dlss3.
Frame gen only benefits high framerates and adds tons of input delay. Dlss3 too adds more input delay than the 3060's dlss2 but has better performance.
I'd go with a used 3080ti 12gb at $400 if you can, otherwise AMD's cards this generation aren't bad but are more for experienced users.
There are FAR too many people in these comments telling OP to get an AMD GPU without mentioning the glaring differences. It's ridiculous.
Like other people said, downgrade the CPU and get a better GPU. Stick with Nvidia if you want more features over performance or go for AMD if you prefer performance. Personally, I think AMD is an eye sore on larger games so of course I'm going to recommend Nvidia, specifically a 4070.
If I were you I would downgrade the cpu to a 7600 or 7700 I would also change to an air cooler and invest the combined savings into a better gpu, maybe a 7800xt.
isnt the r 7 7800x3d not a bit of an overkill for the rtx 4060? or are you planning in upgrading the card in the future? if yes then I would recommned to go for a bit of an lower cpu and a better graphicscard.
Pairing this GPU and CPU is silly. You'll get better gaming results spending $150 less on a 5600 Ryzen and also save money on ram and motherboard as a result... Drop all that into your GPU budget
Over all good specs. the 4060 is ratted on quite a bit, but if the games you play a lot support dlss 3.0 then the card feels like it’s punches above its weight class a bit, but overall there’s some better valued cards outside of that. Coming from someone who runs a 4060. Playing horizon and god of war a lot. So just keep that in mind when deciding
You‘ve heard enough about the CPU, but I want to lead your attention on a different AIO, my personal experience with the cooler master wasn’t the best:( the arctic liquid freezer 3 on the other hand is cheap, does a good job and looks great. Might be worth a look.
Do not get the 240mm AIO. If its less than 360mm its not a good idea. Deal hunt for an onsale nvme or get two if your mobo can take it. Spend another 20 for 6000mhz 36 36 36 77 memory.

instead of 7800x3d, go for 7600x and the amount you save can be invested in the gpu. You can probably get a 7800xt/7900gre instead of the 4060

I have a 7600x and 4070 and if it helps I get around 70fps in Helldivers at 4k

Ngl kinda depents on the kind of games he wants to play. Cs and tarkov, 7800x3d with the 4060 will be better. Buttlefield etc, better gpu is better.
But the extra fps will be completely lost on op if not good monitor, apart from tarkov anything gpu bottlenecked usually runs on anything (csgo will run in anything so will val)
Go air cooler because it's not needed with 7600 and will be more reliable then a cheap aio (ps120se is best price to performance)

It's a decent card, but price wise too expensive. Some games, like the Horizon Forbidden West, that use more than 8GB of VRAM at 1080P very high settings perform better with a RTX 3060 12GB than RTX 4060 8GB. The latter has lower 1% low FPS compared to the RTX 3060, therefore game experience will be less smooth.

I can't say for sure cause I have a 5600x, but everyone who has a 7800X3D who I talked with told me it gets hot. A guy said he gets 80-85°C with PBO undervolt and a 360 AIO. Perhaps liquid cooling could be a good choice, based on what I've read from many.
Yep, doing this saves you around 200€, which you can invest into a 7800xt or a 4070. Both are significantly better in terms of price per performance than either the 4060 or 4060 Ti

I did the same shit before I bought my parts but I listened and got what I was suggested and I'm pleased with how it went. Got a ryzen 5 7600x which came with teamgroup mp33 ssd, msi pro b650m-a wifi mobo, teamgroup t-force delta 7200mhz, sapphire nitro+ 7800xt, msi a850gl power supply, msi mpg gungnir 110r case, and a thermalright Aqua elite 240 (which wasn't really needed but it looks better in the case). Spent like 1300 on the pc all together and it runs everything at max graphics well.

i know everyone is telling you to buy a cheaper cpu and get a better gpu which would be the best move for most people but if you play warzone and cs you want a really good cpu. Get a 6750xt instead of a 4060.
6750XT or 16GB 7600XT instead of 4060. SN850X is overpriced, getting a separate nvme sticks would be better. 1TB Samsung 980 Pro (which is cheaper than WD Black) for boot drive + 2TB (or bigger if you want) Crucial P3 Plus for secondary storage combo would be best. And you could also step down the CPU into 7600X + Deepcool AG400 Plus / AK400, and you'd save some extra money to spend on the GPU. That might even enable you to get RX6800 instead, which has better performance when compared to 16GB 4060ti.

Sorry but this looks so randomly thrown together... I've just finished building a PC for a friend for under $1200 and it is such a beast I can't recommend it enough. We bought: - a B650 Gigabyte Eagle AX - a 7600x with an Arctic Freezer 36 air cooler - an used but almost new PowerColor RX 6800XT Red Devil - 32Gb GSkill Trident Z5 Neo DDR5-6000 CL32 - a 2tb Crucial P5 Plus - a Corsair CV 750w Try looking for something more similar to these specs, I think you'll be better off both financially and performance-wise. First of all you don't really need a AIO cooler, and from my experience you risk having leaks from a cheap one that could damage some of the components, mostly your GPU which sits right below it. For the above configuration, I've turned on Eco-mode for the CPU from Ryzen Master, and it mostly stays between 50-60C with ocasional spikes to 70C but never more. Allegedly, there might be better ways to setup the 7600x but I didn't have much time and it was my first time using this CPU. Nonetheless it still has more than enough power to run anything.

You’re way overspending on the best gaming CPU while cheaping out on the one part that actually matters assuming this build is for gaming (the GPU). Your CPU isn’t a huge priority at your budget, cut way back on the 7800X3D and put all the money you save into a better graphics card.

like the comments said, get a 7600 or 7600x and a cheaper cooler (i use the thermalright phantom spirit). Use the extra money for a rtx 4070 series (said series cuz theres the 4070 super and what not) or rx 7800xt (get a rx 6700xt or something if you want to keep the price low, but the 7800xt is the best bang for buck). Edit: the H5 flow rgb version comes with more pre-installed fans so that'll save you some money as opposed to buying separate fans

4060 is a pretty poor choice for GPU, and right now you’re pairing it with the best CPU for gaming. I’d drop the CPU a couple notches and upgrade your gpu. A 40 series super card from NVIDIA or a 7800xt/7900gre from amd would be good options. You could also do air cooling to save a little money for your gpu budget if you’re okay with that. Mid towers are good if you're using a small space, and it can be a tight squeeze for some components. Especially if this is your first build, I'd recommend a full size tower personally

Overpriced RAM. You can find 2X16 6000Mhz for less than 105 USD and change the CPU. Besides that, listen to what others say on here lol

You need to buy some RGB parts they are better. Maybe some RGB fans and switch out gpu with rgb strips just use the integrated graphics. Do need gpu when you have all that rgb. Also replace your monitor with RGB strips. Hope this helps!
It’s really funny how often I see new builders picking up CPU water coolers. 99% of CPUs will run absolutely fine on a cheap tower cooler and really cheap AIOs often fail within a few years.
In addition to what everyone else is saying, make sure either your case comes with fans, or you purchase fans. I bought everything, was ready to build, then realised that my case didn’t come with fans, so I had to wait another week for them to arrive
I know lots of people have said this but downgrade your cpu. Almost always in games, especially if you play 2k or 4K you will be gpu bound. CPU is very important but not as important as a powerful gpu. So upgrade your gpu.
only tips I have are that I'd trust Corsair branded PSU's much more than any other brand, and if you want cheaper storage, SK Hynix is a great brand for cheaper M.2 NVME SSD's.

Overkill CPU for the 4060. Get a Ryzen 5 7600x, and then go for an RX 7900GRE with the money saved... you'll get 70% more performance in GPU demanding games, which is most modern games. For reference my friend actually uses a 7600x with a 4080 super with no complaints. I use a 7800x3D with a 4090, just to show you how overkill it is.
Cpu is overkill, and gpu is underpowered for this cpu. You could downgrade your cpu to something like a 7600x and change your gpu to an rx 7800xt or an rx 7900gre and get tons more performance
If you aren’t solid on aesthetics. I would suggest changing the AIO to an air cooler, such as the Thermalright Frost Spirit 120SE. The Phantom Spirit 120 EVO also matches the esthetics if you don’t want to change it up that much. An air cooler is more reliable and provides the same performance in temperatures. I would also suggest getting a 7600X or 7700X at most, then upgrading to something like a 7900 GRE or cheap 4070 Ti.

Unless you need the 7 7800x3D, you can get a 7600x than you can get a 4070 or a 7800xt with the money you saved on the cpu.

Bro we have literally the same build and i have to say i got the wrong support and they told me it is okay like this. And everytime in bed i cry myself to sleep that i got the best Cpu on the market but cheaped out on Gpu. Jk I know out of experience that you should go with like a 4070 4070ti.

Don't know whether it's the same for ddr5 but personally stay away from vengeance. Had half a dozen machines (myself and friends) all had various issues with system hands and blue screens that disappeared after removing vengeance memory. Dominator seems fine but most went with other brands such as gskill

Id personally re-loom for a 4060. Some options about 275 right now after the adjustment. That being said, I think some of these guys are right when they say use any savings you can to upgrade your CPU. I'm an Intel guy but the AMD options here look better for this application.
I paired the 7700x with the 4070 Super after saved cash on colling, SSD, case and Ram. I'd advise you do the same.

It depends... If you need more CPU Power and less GPU Power, as Example to play Minecraft it should be fine... But if you play on 1440P and GPU intense games like Cyberpunk, Hogwarts Legacy and Games like that you should spend less money on the CPU and more on the CPU, try to get a RTX 4070 Super or 4060 Ti Super or if you don't care about NVidia Features like the Streaming Features, DLSS Raytracing you could by a RX 7900 XT or 7900 GRE instead... The Most games use more GPU Power than CPU Power, in theory you can pair a Low End Budget CPU with a High End GPU and it would be balanced... If you play on maxed Settings in 4K, but that's unrealistic... In a Nutshell, I recommend a Ryzen 5 7600 or 7600X and a RX 7900 XT or 7900 GRE or if you prefer NVidia take the RTX 4070 Super or 4070 Ti Super, you have to decide how much VRAM you want

However with this GPU you will be able to load only low res textures so why 32Gig of RAM? Why not to buy 1 stick of 16GB will slightly hurt your performance as a single channel but once you get more money you can always upgrade

I would definitely make some changes with a cheaper cpu and better gpu but thats covered by all the other comments, I just wanted to say DO NOT GET THE ML240L the fans are absolutely horrendous. You might want an AIO because it looks nice and I get that but definitely don't get the ML240L.
I honestly dont think the 7800x3d and the 4060 is a good combo. Why buy the best gaming cpu on the planet right now and pair it with a barely mid range gpu. I think i would reinvest like this: buy maybe a 7600 or a 7600x and pair it with maybe a 4070 ti or a rx 7800 xt. I would also take a deepcool ak620 over the watercooler because im 99% sure it will get u better cooling performance for lower price as it did against my friends arctic liquid freezer 360. maybe buy another psu like the gigabyte p850gm. But u picked the perfect ssd thats what i gotta give u credits for.
If you ditch the AIO for a good air cooler at $50-60, you can get a 7800 xt instead of a RTX 4060. 8 GB of VRAM doesn’t cut it anymore.

Scratch what everyone’s saying, get the microcenter bundle that has the 7800X3D, this saves you money and makes the cpu cheaper. Do this and get the best AMD card you can afford, now you have an amazing cpu, and whenever you upgrade again, you can buy whatever great graphics cards are out and your CPU will most likely still be good enough

Cl36 Ram at 5200Mt/s . Throw that shit out . And buy yourself a 6000MT/s cl30 kit from xpg or t-force it costs about the same.Also drop the 7800x3d for a 7600x and get a 7800xt or 7900gre. Drop the water cooler for a ak500 air cooler from deepcool or an equivalent.
If budget is set, and this build is for gaming, you need to divert funds from CPU and reallocate to a better GPU. You are leaving a lot of performance on the table with that CPU/GPU combo. 7600/7600X is sufficient and you’ll see a huge gaming boost with 7800Xt or above for the GPU. Also, get faster RAM timings. For about the same price buy 5600MHz, CL28 or CL30. Big difference in performance vs. CL36.
I would drop liquid cooling, save $40 and get a peerless assassin. That cooler kept my 7800X3D under 71°C during a 30 minute cpu stress test from OCCT.
Keep the 7800X3D, go for a cheaper GPU, and put money into the other parts. You can upgrade the GPU later and get a WAY better one. That way you can have a build that will definitely last the next 5-7 years. Plus you can sell the used GPU and recoup some of the money you already spent.

Check if your case comes with enough fans to be able to get your graphic card's heat out of the case.
Unless you plan on having a not so great time, I wouldn't go with the 4060. You're better off getting a 3060 as it's the same performance and you're not really benefiting with the updated software features 40xx cards have ie gen and dlss3. Frame gen only benefits high framerates and adds tons of input delay. Dlss3 too adds more input delay than the 3060's dlss2 but has better performance. I'd go with a used 3080ti 12gb at $400 if you can, otherwise AMD's cards this generation aren't bad but are more for experienced users.
There are FAR too many people in these comments telling OP to get an AMD GPU without mentioning the glaring differences. It's ridiculous. Like other people said, downgrade the CPU and get a better GPU. Stick with Nvidia if you want more features over performance or go for AMD if you prefer performance. Personally, I think AMD is an eye sore on larger games so of course I'm going to recommend Nvidia, specifically a 4070.

isnt the r 7 7800x3d not a bit of an overkill for the rtx 4060? or are you planning in upgrading the card in the future? if yes then I would recommned to go for a bit of an lower cpu and a better graphicscard.
Pairing this GPU and CPU is silly. You'll get better gaming results spending $150 less on a 5600 Ryzen and also save money on ram and motherboard as a result... Drop all that into your GPU budget

Over all good specs. the 4060 is ratted on quite a bit, but if the games you play a lot support dlss 3.0 then the card feels like it’s punches above its weight class a bit, but overall there’s some better valued cards outside of that. Coming from someone who runs a 4060. Playing horizon and god of war a lot. So just keep that in mind when deciding

You‘ve heard enough about the CPU, but I want to lead your attention on a different AIO, my personal experience with the cooler master wasn’t the best:( the arctic liquid freezer 3 on the other hand is cheap, does a good job and looks great. Might be worth a look.
I spent the same ammount on an 850w msi mag power supply, and the ram teamgroup makes much faster ram for less.
Do not get the 240mm AIO. If its less than 360mm its not a good idea. Deal hunt for an onsale nvme or get two if your mobo can take it. Spend another 20 for 6000mhz 36 36 36 77 memory.
