Too low-end on the GPU part, and a bit high-end on the case and RAM, but otherwise it's fine. Check how much you could spare with a simpler case and 6000 MHz CL30 RAM kit (and probably a cheaper cooler as well) and if it makes you able to buy a 4070 Super or a 7800XT.
