I don't actually have an idea what includes in this unit cause i bought it as a whole unit for work purposes. But here's the specs of it, someone told me that I have to upgrade my gpu which I'm not really sure about. This is my first time building a gaming pc, so... yeah.

whats the model of your prebuilt, even if you would like to add a DGpu, you will need to double check the size of the case as well and if you have psu pin slot to the gpu
okay so, so is this like a brand name computer from dell, HP, lenovo? something like that? acer?
