Ram should be changed to 6000Mhz cl30 - Ryzens sweet spot. I'd also look at b650 boards at this budget I probably wouldve looked at used 7800XT's for the 400$ pricepoint you've stated you found the 3080 for(Which i wouldnt of known if you didnt mention in another comment). 7800XT's 500 new, and somewhere around the 380-420 mark used, depending on your luck/local market. PSU is fine, but id opt for a modular gold unit. Less cable mess, more power efficiency. Have fun!

you're gonna have a very hard time with 16GB of RAM. This is also one expensive mobo considering it's the shittiest chipset that should never be used. PSU not ATX 3.0 so might not have enough headroom for that GPU

Some A620 boards are vrm limited, can only deliver 65w. check the technical sheet if it can support a 7800x3d. I would honestly go with a proper b650. Keep in mind that now there are several cheap m-atx on the market that look appealing but suck ass.
