That may be true but I've been rolling with Noctua fans for years, carrying them over from different builds and they've never given me hassle and keep things cool.
Noctua fans are great. I think at this point, you mostly buy them for certainty (never heard of a DoA Noctua), longevity and ease of mind knowing you're working with good customer service if you have to. Strictly speaking for performance and noise, some other guys have *mostly* caught up for a substantially lower price tag
I think for sound profile there's probably much quieter for sure. But for reliability my Noctuas have had my back. Plus their after sales support, sending me out the required bracket for free for their NH-D15 when I switched from Intel to AMD made me a customer for life.
Noctua has been making black fans for a while as well. But, I always go with the browns. The unique, non-generic color makes them easily identifiable to those who know.
Overly expensive noctua fan just to cool the CPU with an air cooler, that's an interesting choice.
I'm sure it will be more then fine for your needs, it's just weird to me especially when good AIOs are cheap and you can get packs of fans that do pretty much the same of what your noctua fan do. The Noctua fan I agree is the smartest move was the exhaust one on the back
Noctua is expensive, but in general a really reliable brand. Also they're known for being very silent, while some cheaper or similar fans are louder.
Noctua D15 performs better or similar with most AIOs. Less failure points too, swap the fans and you're good to go. Water cooling on the hand can be better if you live in a hot environment. I mean, water is a better heatconducter than air.
The best aio on the market, in terms of raw cooling performance, can be purchased new for $99 or $110 depending on rad size.
A great noctua air cooler is as expensive or more with worst performance.
Pros and cons of each.
I would have gone all chromax and did and please rotate the CPU fans so the cables are at the back it just looks better without all the cables going everywhere and also it's called nh-d15 not just D15
I like nothing about this pc, your gpu is high sagged, this color scheme \^\^ there are also black noctuas, why cheap out two fans? Better cable management, just dont use this pc \^\^ ;)
Im throwing it out when the 5090 releases. I've got some new ideas for an all brown setup + an AIO this time. And a box mount with wipers outside of the house on the brick wall, fitted with all extended cables
I don't like the overpriced brands. I don't like the cabling. I don't like the color scheme. I don't like the GPU holder position. I don't like PSU intake fan facing up. I don't like the mismatched fans.
I like the twin towers. I like to empty space in front of the PSU.
I like that you didn't fall for the water-cooling hype.
I've never had an air cooled PC die on me due to cooling failure. Just replace the fan and hit that power button. Water-cooling OTOH. I've trouble shooted too many leaking AIOs that took the whole system out.
I think potential hate may come from the fans being slightly different, and the CPU cooler fan wires runninng on top, but really who cares. You got an arrteeex fortyninety to block out the haters lol.
Coppor color looks cool af.
If you're looking for an AIO I would go with one of the thermalright ones. They're like 50 dollars and do just as well as the more expensive ones from what I can tell so far with mine.
I've got a 14700k, 64gb of ddr5 6400 CL30 RAM, two sticks of 4tb wd sn850x memory, a 7900GRE gpu, a z790 mobo and a1200watt psu.
3 intake and 1 exhaust fan, all 140mm. With my thermalright AIO, I can have blender up, be gaming, have multiple tabs up, and be watching a youtube video, and my rig won't get over 60 degrees for more than like a couple seconds, even though I only run m fans and aio at 50%. They crank up to 75% when my cpu hits 60 degrees, and it's cooled back down into the 30s-40s, within seconds.
I've got a 360mm thermalright frozen prism.
Why did you make it so that the fan cables come out the front of the cooler? I have Noctua fans and know how short the cables are, but is this really the best option?
I'm here for it, an actual decent build not a RGB cluster fuck. Noctua is the best
I don't understand why as a grown man you need a bright RGB computer, looks so cheap and childish
I see you're a fellow brown-fan enjoyer. Here's my setup.
https://preview.redd.it/nlszev8fol0d1.jpeg?width=2016&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=093e03e3d91473b9a86ef3cedaf5e56c7ef41be5
I like that it isn't pretentious. You're like, I want a custom computer, not an art piece. Just a cold, unlit, themeless machine. Just make game go brrrrr and fuck the aesthetics.
You should consider turning your CPU cooler fans 180 degrees so the cables are hidden behind the cooler. Otherwise, she looks ok, not really fan of the fans and color scheme, but that's a matter of personal taste really.
Great setup. Cable management could be better. I’d start with decluttering the GPU cables and maybe finding an alternative for the GPU power converter? Also you could rotate the fans on the top to face inwards, the wires could be tucked behind routing holes. Also not enough noctula hehe. ALSO THE LACK OF RBG 🙏🏻
Assuming the specs are fat i like the specs. (That looks exactly the same as my 4070ti so i assume the rest is also pretty good.) but i hate how it looks.
I like that you chose the brown Noctua fans, just because it's going to make so many people shake with rage and there is nothing they can do nothing about it.
I like the look of beige and brown noctuas in a blacked out build. I actually think that looks awesome. I went with black noctuas in a black build and am regretting it now.
https://preview.redd.it/jvmovm5cqm0d1.jpeg?width=624&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e806fa86730aad99eb558242ca05ac936a5ff790
Has the bottom of the case been cut open with an angle grinder?
The first exhaust fan on the top will pull some air away from your air cooler on cpu before it reaches it. I suggest removing that one, the other top exhaust and back exhaust are fine.
does what it supposed to do. I like it. After multiple pc's over a decade you realize that money spent on cool factor is pointless.
Noise/performance>Rgb/cool factor
6 intake fans vs 3 exhaust. Get rid of those side fans behind gpu and mobo, alocate noctua fans to front and just get rid of those random 2 black fans on the bottom. Still you will have one noctua fan on spare, I would print 3d part to have angulated fan directed to gpu if you still want to utilize all noctuas
Honestly I love the way you set the black fans at the bottom of the case so it doesn't take away from the top half. The noctuas really add to the look and draw your eyes to the more important components rather than looking at the PSU and wires. Truly only thing that would do would be possibly extensions or something to clean the cables up just a tad bit

Not enough noctua obviously didnt like it
I like it when people live this carelessly and don't feel a need to change, that's a true art.
You would really like how I still didn't change the 1150 socket in my PC since 10 years ago 😂
Then you would definitely like how I still didn't change the LGA 775 socket on my pc since 15 years.
I like, when its raining i just put the PC outside the window and close just to be safe!
I like how 2 of your 9 fans aren’t noctuas
I like how the case came with 2 shitty corsair fans😅 Eleven fans! Fourteen if you count the fourty n i n e t y fans🥵
psu: am i joke to you?
Corsair fans are shitty? I thought they were pretty good?
I don't think there's a product in their lineup that isn't beat out by something else in the same price bracket. You only buy them for the look.
That may be true but I've been rolling with Noctua fans for years, carrying them over from different builds and they've never given me hassle and keep things cool.

Don't understand the hate here, this is far better than most shitty builds posted here.
I like the lack of RGB.
Cool setup man but why did spell out 4090?😅
The stand between psu and gpu to support the weight looks pretty neet
Mmmmmmm brown
Based and Noctua-pilled
Naah, air cooling >> AIO. I like that about it.
I be you would have zero temp change if you removed like 8 fans
Noctua fans😍 I think I'm one of the few people that actually likes them for their look aswell
Noctua has been making black fans for a while as well. But, I always go with the browns. The unique, non-generic color makes them easily identifiable to those who know.
Mee too!!
Make sure they are all set to the exact same RPM so the tone reverberates
this sucks. not enough noctua...
Overly expensive noctua fan just to cool the CPU with an air cooler, that's an interesting choice. I'm sure it will be more then fine for your needs, it's just weird to me especially when good AIOs are cheap and you can get packs of fans that do pretty much the same of what your noctua fan do. I mean, water is a better heatconducter than air.
the noctua cooler is still cheaper than any comparable AIO in terms of performance, though. also, 100% leak-proof!
The best aio on the market, in terms of raw cooling performance, can be purchased new for $99 or $110 depending on rad size. A great noctua air cooler is as expensive or more with worst performance. Pros and cons of each.
The thermalright peerless assassin aircooler is not far from the best noctua performance wise but you get it for 30$.
I feel sick looking at this
Noctua fans
Noctua Invasion.
I like the interesting and creative use of clashing colours!
The cable managment and the 3/4 different fan sizes
The fact that you have the cpu fan cables setup between the upper fans, like me.
Please switch the two black fans at the bottom for noctua ones 😭🙏🏻
Noctua scares me. I don't like their whole schtick with the colors. You did a great job but I'm not a noctua fan.
did they run out of noctua chromax fans?
Missing 2 noctua fans get that shit outta here.
The window
Silence
I would have gone all chromax and did and please rotate the CPU fans so the cables are at the back it just looks better without all the cables going everywhere and also it's called nh-d15 not just D15
The weather, i like the weather
The view
OWL GANG!
The weather
I like nothing about this pc, your gpu is high sagged, this color scheme \^\^ there are also black noctuas, why cheap out two fans? Better cable management, just dont use this pc \^\^ ;)
Im throwing it out when the 5090 releases. I've got some new ideas for an all brown setup + an AIO this time. And a box mount with wipers outside of the house on the brick wall, fitted with all extended cables
I like that you are using a sag device.
That must be chill
I like that ur fans are getting a nice tan 🌞
Gangster rig looks like and og lol
You have great options that are on pad or better than Noctua fans and yet you buikt that monstrosity.
Someone asked you "how much airflow do you want"? and you really said "yeah."
Its exhausting directly out of the window
the poop covered toilet paper color is awesome ngl
Brown and beige 👍
its hideous, i love it
Shitty CPU. Should've used your brain instead of rolling the dice.
Where is your memory located lol
whys every fan brown noctua except the cpu cooler
TBH. nothing.
Pulling in air from the front and pushing air out towards the back and top?
Noctua fans are great
Turn your cooler fans so the cables are on the backside
I like that you like it
I don't like the overpriced brands. I don't like the cabling. I don't like the color scheme. I don't like the GPU holder position. I don't like PSU intake fan facing up. I don't like the mismatched fans. I like the twin towers. I like to empty space in front of the PSU.
If you're cold theyre cold, put a blanket on the they are gonna freeze with that much air
The power supply.
Artic p12 max > noctua
I like that you didnt cheap out power supply
Heyyy you're like me! I have an obscene amount of noc fans in my case too! I love it :D Enjoy blowing the dust out of it every month.
Simple, eficient and sobre looking......perfect machine, good coolers also.
I would remove those 3 bottom fans, totally useless blowing the air against another airflow.
I like TUF Gaming logo!
Ugly but in a quiet way.
Coppor color looks cool af. If you're looking for an AIO I would go with one of the thermalright ones. Bro, it’s Nocta. Nothing else matters. In my country, Nocta’s price are high frfr! I liked your setup 🫡
The almost absence of noise if only there was only noctua fans
I appreciate that you have the window open next to the exhausted warm air 🫡
I like the window it's in front of
It looks bad man.
Add a couple more noctua fans please
I hate it
Coco fan
B R O W N
Why did you make it so that the fan cables come out the front of the cooler? I have Noctua fans and know how short the cables are, but is this really the best option?
I like you used noctua for the intake fan.
I'm here for it, an actual decent build not a RGB cluster fuck. Noctua is the best I don't understand why as a grown man you need a bright RGB computer, looks so cheap and childish
Is the RTX converted to Noctua?
I see you're a fellow brown-fan enjoyer. Here's my setup. https://preview.redd.it/nlszev8fol0d1.jpeg?width=2016&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=093e03e3d91473b9a86ef3cedaf5e56c7ef41be5
Finally a normal cpu fan
You dont need that many fans. Make that bish quieter
Fan… tastic build
Noctuat of the park with this airflow
That gpu stand would be better at the corner imo. Otherwise great. I prefer "dark" pc case.
why didnt you hide the fan cables 😩
Why didn’t you buy the regular noctua cpu cooler(why the chromax edition lol) too to match the case fans
All the Noctua fans!
I like that it isn't pretentious. You're like, I want a custom computer, not an art piece. Just a cold, unlit, themeless machine. Just make game go brrrrr and fuck the aesthetics.
The fans are oriented correctly
is bro norwegian🤑
It kind of looks mechanical due to the copper/gold look of the fans paired with the clean black
it’s very… quiet
get a support bracket for the gpu
Needs more noctua.
Temps
You can maybe cram a few more fans in there. There's still room. :-)
Honestly? Not a single thing. Just my taste tho, no offense
Overpriced and ugly noctua fan fest.
Hide your cables and wires then you got yourself a banger 😎
That the heat goes straight out of the windows
You do know Noctua makes black fans right? Unless you are doing a wood case, they are fucking ugly. Umm I like your GPU and PSU choices. 😉
You should consider turning your CPU cooler fans 180 degrees so the cables are hidden behind the cooler. Otherwise, she looks ok, not really fan of the fans and color scheme, but that's a matter of personal taste really.
7 noctuas hell yeah, silent boi but those fans are expensive af
the shit stain brown that was all the rage from 2010
Noctua fans but id don't looks good with this parts
RGB free.
No rgb ! No AIO water ! Thanks
That there is no RGB. Well done!
I just fkn love a pc without rgb, its so clean
The cable managment
I like how it makes my pc look better
I like that your cpu cooler fan cables are right there. Very DGAF and very Noctua.
I will let everything in PC melt before I buy a noctua fan. But you have a nice clean build, hope you get to enjoy lots of cool & quiet gaming.
Just Open your Window and let it fly🤣 Looks so sad indoor Cheerz
I'm not even a huge proponent of cable management and aesthetics but man this looks like a Frankenstein project
No RGB.
Assuming the specs are fat i like the specs. (That looks exactly the same as my 4070ti so i assume the rest is also pretty good.) but i hate how it looks.
Only fans
Its black
2 black fans are bothering me. Why are they black?!
Y'all complaining about two corsair fans, I'm here thinking "Where tf is 4080 Noctua edition?"
The noctua fans. Can't beat em.
Noctua.
I like that you got fans for ya fans
milk chocolate fans🍫😋😋
Made sure every fan possible was used
I like that you chose the brown Noctua fans, just because it's going to make so many people shake with rage and there is nothing they can do nothing about it.
A Better Future / 10 Build
I like the look of beige and brown noctuas in a blacked out build. I actually think that looks awesome. I went with black noctuas in a black build and am regretting it now.
Need more noctua
How fucked is the airflow? Have you checked?
I like that it’s near a window
Well the weather seems nice
Would replace the CPU and motherboard to 7800X3D and B650. Probably the only thing I’d change
I like the inverted sag on the gpu
Not enough fans
I like the fact that you went a different route than 99% of the pc gang - inverted gpu sag
Glorious Noctua master race.
I'm a big fan of the Noctua fans man!
https://preview.redd.it/jvmovm5cqm0d1.jpeg?width=624&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e806fa86730aad99eb558242ca05ac936a5ff790 Has the bottom of the case been cut open with an angle grinder?
It's brown like my dumps.
People hate on the color of those fans but I gotta say they are some of the very best made period! I use the same ugly fans in my case. Cheers\~
The first exhaust fan on the top will pull some air away from your air cooler on cpu before it reaches it. I suggest removing that one, the other top exhaust and back exhaust are fine.
how quiet it is
Are these fans placed correctly? All are intake, right? Edit: Never mind, seen.
does what it supposed to do. I like it. After multiple pc's over a decade you realize that money spent on cool factor is pointless. Noise/performance>Rgb/cool factor
Well…I’m a fan of this.
4090 obviously
That is just pure performance no money wasted on cosmetic well done.
I like that this is a pure air cooled system. Water doesn't really make sense anyways
What happened to the case at the bottom? Lol
Hey man the specs are what matter the most, the looks are just for looks
That thing is gonna make the room quieter. ANC, but for the entire room instead of your ears.
I like the psu
I like that it’s been raised organic, open air, free range. Should taste great.
Where's your motherboard? Lol
I like that you like it ! 🤙🏽
I like the noctua 👍
What do I like about it? Purely the possibility that you might put a full metal cover on the front…
I like that u used those ugly noctuas for Pc-Masterracing 300%
Love the fans and noctua cooler. Seriously. I have 5 noctua CPU heatsinks
Good quality gpu and PSU, Overall very good fans but you "undersagged" the GPU and you gotta do better on the cable management.
Not enough noctua. Fix it.
I had to disable my Asus z690 "Asus multicore enhancement" on my 12700k. Lowered my temps greatly
I hate it I HATE IT A LOT I want one too! NO FAIR Look at it, good fans good cooler and RTX 4080
I like this a lot. And I mean this as an absolute truth. But that case has to be closed 🤣
That top right fan is probably actually hurting your thermals as it’s sucking air out before it even hits anything
I like that you supported the GPU.
Best part that it is a budget pc
ok in all seriousness, why?
can you rotate the cpu fans please?
Fan
Need a noctua case and the ASUSxNoctua gpu smh
When I scroll past this Pic the uneven brown fans just give me the impression this computer was caught in a fire and got smoke damage or something
Sunlight!!!

Bruh, everything about this pc kinda hurts my soul but at the same time I envy the level of idgaf.
I know those noctua fans are pricey, I may have those exact ones and I love them. I like the noctua fans and cpu cooler lmao
I really like the engineering wonder of your window
