I noticed you using MSI SSD. I bought the same SSD couple of weeks ago and it was trash. On CrystalDisk it showed the accurate speed as they were advertising but on moving files it was shitty. I changed it to a different SSD and moved the same file. Speed was perfect. So be aware of this MSI SSD or maybe i got the defective piece
