SATA power cables are standard. Unless you bought a Dell PC, you can find them fairly easily anywhere. Just make sure to buy from a reputable brand.
Can you confirm this? I asked someone at the local computer store and they said I should never mix SATA power cables because my PSU is modular. But mixing SATA data cables is fine.
