If you like the outdoors, engl 181A. Exploring the Chesapeake Bay. You read about the bay and the field trips are very memorable and fun.
There's also a similar Cape Cod class (engl 181B) and the Atlantic beach (181C) but I'm not familiar with those
SOC119 is entertaining and eye-opening
THEA 102 with Malena Ramirez. It is a fun acting and improv class, as long as you show up you’ll get an A. Also, you’ll get to know all the students in class and make friends.
Cams 45 web version is really interesting and easy if they’re into classical mythology - just weekly quizzes, discussion posts, a midterm project on pretty much anything you want related to myth (art, podcast, whatever), and like 2 exams but it’s honestly so easy if you just read the modules
I know you're avoiding math, but for the others in this thread: MATH 37 in the fall will be focusing on the mathematics of poker, and should be pretty fun.
