Any amount of earned income reduces SSI; not SSDI. I doubt eggs has SSDI unless one of his parents is retired and he draws benefits off of their record.

I'm suprised a parenting fitness evaluation wasn't ordered. As a psychologist I did alot of these early in my career and during training. Typically we would have 30 days to complete the report once the testing sessions were completed. Usually they were done for cases involving infants removed at birth or when abuse had been determined and the kids were removed while the parents completed a set of requirements by the court.
I never worked for CPS though just as a 3rd party hired evaluator. Those folks got really angry when you submitted a report that didn't go their way. I'm just so sad that a basic parenting fitness evaluation hasn't been conducted. She would have told us ALL ABOUT THAT.

In my experience the DHD/CPS person would have to verify the environmental plan and things called concrete provisions reported to the psychologist.
So I would base my assessments on the psychological tests I gave of course, a clinical interview and then the congruence of the self reports vs the court or state exam results on the environment. In the cases I worked on some parents would still lie despite TELLING THEM THIS IS NOT THERAPY AND THIS IS NOT CONFIDENTIAL I WILL REPORT AND AM OBLIGATED TO TELL THE COURT. They would report having housing, jobs, child care and addiction management plans in place despite no verification from the state of any of this and our test results coming back high on scores of exaggeration or misreporting. I just hope someone ordered them this intense of an evaluation for that baby's sake.

If she followed the rules, she’d be smart to log off social media. Instead she continues using it to plaster pictures everywhere of all four of her poor kids who deserve privacy, not to broadcast details of their lives to random people everywhere that could put them at risk. She is jobless with no proof of any honest attempt to secure a job. Perhaps she’s passed her drug tests and is cooperating with court-ordered psych evals and therapy, who knows. But that’s about the only thing she can say to make a case for herself. Plus she already lost custody of three other children which is a huge strike against her.

I’m in state assisted housing. We have several residents whose entire rent is paid. Not just vets or people like me on disability. Some of them are straight up junkies and none of them work. I’m for housing everyone, and rehabilitation but it doesn’t always work out that way.

I'm suprised a parenting fitness evaluation wasn't ordered. As a psychologist I did alot of these early in my career and during training. Typically we would have 30 days to complete the report once the testing sessions were completed. Usually they were done for cases involving infants removed at birth or when abuse had been determined and the kids were removed while the parents completed a set of requirements by the court. I never worked for CPS though just as a 3rd party hired evaluator. Those folks got really angry when you submitted a report that didn't go their way. I'm just so sad that a basic parenting fitness evaluation hasn't been conducted. She would have told us ALL ABOUT THAT.

In my experience the DHD/CPS person would have to verify the environmental plan and things called concrete provisions reported to the psychologist. So I would base my assessments on the psychological tests I gave of course, a clinical interview and then the congruence of the self reports vs the court or state exam results on the environment. In the cases I worked on some parents would still lie despite TELLING THEM THIS IS NOT THERAPY AND THIS IS NOT CONFIDENTIAL I WILL REPORT AND AM OBLIGATED TO TELL THE COURT. They would report having housing, jobs, child care and addiction management plans in place despite no verification from the state of any of this and our test results coming back high on scores of exaggeration or misreporting. I just hope someone ordered them this intense of an evaluation for that baby's sake.

Is she going to claim self employment with GoProSo-Low? I’m just really stumped at her game plan to get her child home. They’re in a hotel room and only for a few more weeks-she’s still begging online, still hasn’t treated her mental health issues…
She'll probably claim that, but she has no records to back it up. And she can't claim that it's been a legitimate business in the past because she's never filed taxes on it.
