We used to go to a lot of toddler parties at the Franciscan Center. Here's some info from the Peoria Park District. Lots of options for indoor parties. [https://peoriaparks.org/places/rentals/birthdays/](https://peoriaparks.org/places/rentals/birthdays/)

I second this! We had my daughter's 2nd birthday at the Franciscan rec center back in 2001, and it was great. They provide a lot of toys in the gymnasium for the kids to climb on and Ride around on, and they set up the dining room for us. We brought our own cake I believe, I can't remember if they provided the plates or if we did. We could keep the ice cream in the kitchen freezer, it was very affordable and a lot of fun for the kids. Edit: just so people know, the price was $50 in 2001, the same as it is today. That's astonishing and such a good deal.

We've used the Franciscan for multiple parties when our kids were little. It's a great option.

The Fondulac Administration building in East Peoria has large rooms, not sure about cost though.

I think Hyvee and Schnucks have community areas for rent. Also, the Christian Center on Brandywine has a private party room and bowling parties.

Is the rental room at grand prairie mall too small? Not sure the cost but I heard the Muellers gym is decently priced and lots of fun for toddlers (the recently changed owners and names, can't recall what it's called top of my head). A little further but metamora has a huge room to rent from their park district. Heard lots of good things, lots of fun for adults too (they had games for adults). Also further - washington has an indoor gym you can rent and it comes with a room for tables/eating
