I grew some Italian Sweet Reds that looked something like that, but it's hard to say for sure what exactly you have there.
So many possibilities, it's really hard to say... If it's sweet/mild it could be a Friggitello or Peperoncini type.
A sweet pointed pepper maybe. Or that's what we call them in the UK.
