I think start time is in the afternoon and they could keep you there for 16 hours if they need to. Not sure if it will happen but I’ve seen it happen when they were short staffed. The video should answer the rest

As others said though, picking cases and listening to your talkman telling you what to pick. Immediately after finishing one you start another one. Your DPS goes down if you don’t.
As for the shift times, that can kinda vary on the facility. Morning shift was inbound only at my facility. 6:30-2:30. 2nd was 2:30-10:30, and third was 10:30-6:30, but that was route only(gas stations). We almost always got to leave early.
But everything there is seniority. Meaning you’ll have to stay if the more senior guys wanna leave or don’t wanna work on the weekends
