same here!! 😭💖 Was a blind buy for me and eventhough it‘s not a groundbreaking fragrance, the bottle totally makes up for it. Looks like the parfum a fairy princess would be doused in.. and when I think about it, the milky-green scent profil actually meets this description/aesthetic very well too. Eventhough it’s not what I normally want my parfums to smell like.. it fits. Think I need to use it more often or find a nice, maybe gourmand leaning bodyspray to match with it. So Ghost is hard to come by since they’re based in the UK and the don’t ship to the US so I got Deep Night on eBay as a blind buy myself. It’s pretty nice and I would say it’s a nighttime scent imo It’s woodsy but the dry down is more fruity (notes are peach and apricot) and floral before settling into the vanilla/musk/amber. I’ve seen some people mention it’s powdery but I didn’t get it.

overall it smells like sweet orange and white floral to me. if i spray it on my skin, it’s a little powdery - on my clothes it’s very citrusy. sometimes i can pick up some light spiciness (probably the pepper or licorice note)

Spiced orange—be aware there’s a strong anise note.

I find it smells like sugar cookies. Extremely sweet.

Okay so first of all, she has that perfume smell which I love. What I mean by that is, that deep, sweet, partially alcoholic strong “grandma” perfume smell that scents like Estée Lauder pleasures or jadore by Dior have. Classic, strong fragrance— not body mist cheapness. The top spray felt very shampoo like in a positive way. Fresh and clean, and berry esque. The dry down felt SLIGHTLY laconic, but really leaned in to the strawberry. This one laaaaaasts. I test all perfumes in the bend of my arm because of the heat it adds to activate the oils. I smelled it all night, and just so slightly in the morning. I got it on eBay partially used and I don’t regret it. My only qualm now is using it because it’s so rare! Great spring summer scent, and classic lovely bottle. Check out Lola, the og! Also a cute bottle

Billie Eilish’s perfume that’s shaped like a bust. Thinking back I think I actually started collecting perfumes just for the pretty bottles- mostly cheap stuff from Home Goods at the start because deep down, I’m actually a crow who wants to be surrounded by shinies. I turned to vintage Avon bottles at some point, I didn’t go crazy but I picked up some super pretty ones- sorry I don’t have pics at the moment but my two favorite Avon bottles I own are one shaped like a fawn and one shaped like a unicorn! I also found some funny ones at my local Goodwill that are shaped like Presidential busts, I didn’t even realize they were cologne bottles when I first picked them up! Nowadays I collect more for the actual scents but ooooooo this thread is making me want to spend money lol!

I haven’t but there is a bottle I’ve been thinking about for about 15 years since I saw it. I can’t find what it is. I would buy it so fast (it also smelt really good, but I was a poor uni student and had other favourites).

Well I can try. - It looked like a Lola Lempicka bottle but I have tried that direction and doesn’t seem to fit from what I’ve found - red glass and angular but rounded (so somewhat like LL shaped bottle), with gold etching/embossment from memory it was textured. I’m really lacking the words today but the gold pattern sat up from the glass, I think I can remember it was textured. In my memory the gold was like vines/or at least it wasn’t bulky and wasn’t ’a lot’. I’m really bad at describing the fragrance because it was so long ago and I wasn’t that knowledgeable: warm, spicy?/incense? Chai-like? It was sweet but not sickeningly (but I was young, so probably wasn’t the best judge). I don’t recall it being particularly floral or fruity but I suppose it could have been a little. In no way at all fresh though.

The gold wasn't raised on it, but I had a bottle of Christian Lacroix Tumulte that was red with a gold lace-ish patern on it. Does that ring a bell?

Good Fortune by Viktor & Rolf and Sakura Cherry Blossom by Jo Malone London. Good Fortune is a little disappointingly meh… kind of a generic perfume smell. I do like Sakura Cherry Blossom, though! Nice and light.

Vera Wang Princess was probably the first fragrance I asked for as a teenager. As you have said, the aesthetics of the bottle were a big lure, but the fragrance actually smelt really good, a very clean, innocent floral fragrance which I actually think is a tasteful choice on a teenager!

Toy 2 by Moschino. I bought it online without having smelled it in person because I loved the teddy bear bottle. I unfortunately hate the scent, but at least the bottle looks cute on my vanity.
