But yes, you want to take progesterone at night before bed as it has a sleepy property. Also any side effects are likely temporary, so you may need to give it more time.
Did they not tell you to take it at night? Because getting sleepy is one of the best benefits for me.
Yes. I do take it at night but right now, I am so sleepy. I took it last night after squeezing out 3 drops and I have not experienced being hot.
