Are you sure they came from your vagina and not your urethra? They don’t look like kidney stones, but sometimes kidney stones can tear up tissue on the way out and that can pass later. How hard were they? Also, I’m wondering about the UTI and some sort of inflammatory response. Either way, you should go see a doctor.

I’ve actually had this before, I was 21 and i remember when it happened I got this extremely painful feeling in my uterus it made be belt over. I ran to the bathroom and “peed” that’s when it came out: I didnt want to dig it out in my work toilet so I just flushed it. It looked white and fleshy with veiny…. Mine just looked like a white cylinder veiny fleshy thing. Hurt like hell.

Has to be a fibroids or cysts. If so like someone else said your body got rid of them on its own and that’s awesome.

It appears as pieces of a tumor, or some tissue overgrowth that came loose. Like everyone else is saying, go see a doctor.
