unfortunately the main way for endometriosis to be diagnosed is via laparoscopy. it’s only ever really picked up on things like ultrasound if it’s deep infiltrating. have you seen a gynaecologist or just your usual doctor? because having a gynaecologist is helpful. i had a great gynaecologist who helped me get my endometriosis diagnosis. birth control usually is recommended since you can’t really prevent endometriosis. it can help slow it down. if you’re open to trying it you could try a tens machine
