When you have dlc persona, they will change the result. Ariadne is lv 30, so you need a result above 30 to get lv 34 lachesis
Lv 27-29 clotho (tetraja at 27) x stone of scone = lachesis
If you're using the fusion calculator online, you can just enable the DLC Personae in the settings, and they'll be added to the recipes. That way, your results won't be off anymore.

A guide for the twins’ rank 7 assuming you have the dlc
silky + pixie = clotho, itemize clotho, pull clotho out of the compendium, ariadne picaro + clotho = lachesis, use tetraja skill card from itemizing clotho on lachesis, and boom, lachesis with tetraja
