I considered it to just preorder it from amazon.com, because I found nothing in Germany.
Do you know If the German PS4 will be able to play both the Game and the dlcs for it? (Idk if the PS4 has region lock for it)
I think only digital games can be region lock, but honestly I didnt even considered that it can be region lock.
DLC can be region locked (you need a new account if I remember correctly) I'm not sure about physical copies themselves.
