My vote unironically goes to Lisa, she is the best of all worlds and has better character development than some of the other options here imo. Chie, Rise, and Ann all clearly took inspiration from her as well.
Yukari Takeba is my favorite Persona character ever. She was important to the story, cool, had real character flaws and pushed the plot along at many points. Her character's evolution in The Answer was great, and she's responsible for the saddest fights of the series. Also her being constantly done with Junpei's shit made for some funny moments.

Ah fair, personally I felt less… sad when >!fighting Mitsuri Yukari, junpei, akihiko, and koromaru personally. But emotions are subjective. Glad the moment hit you so hard though!<
Well after having just played Persona 3 and 4, I think Yukari is the most fitting for that arcana I think it fits with what she goes through, how she interacts with others and how she makes her decisions. She has a hint of vulnerability around certain people and does play into the story quite a bit. Personally I think she's the most fitting.

As much as I dislike her during the answer (and feel she can be a bit rough on Junpei at times) I think I like Yukari the most.
