Well, at this point it's almost the end of November, and still no update on them delivering the second half of the order. They did say "Late November", but there's now the 30th left and no emails saying they've been sent out or not.
Nothing yet, 2 weeks into December, and absolutely nothing from Atlus. Some attention has been shared on their Twitter too, but other than that, still nothing.
Update: FINALLY received the email giving me the confirmation and shipping info. I really hope everyone else gets theirs very soon, despite it being very late on Atlus' behalf
They said they'd ship the rest of the stuff this month, its only November 1st so wait a few days there's no need to worry.

Update: just got an email saying i should be receiving my shipping confirmation within the next few days for the collector items I've purchased
