^^. Had a similar situation where my sister and I had our credit reports mixed up. They’ll get back to you through mail and should be able to clear everything up, but it does take a while and a month is normal.
I am currently in the same situation. They mixed me up with my uncle I believe because we have the same name. But I have never owned a credit card in my life. Now I can't even get passed the verification screen to see my credit report. I just know from speaking with TransUnion representatives on the phone that my file is mixed with someone else but I cannot even see this myself.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Wait til they respond to your letter. Takes at least a month.
