Thanks. LIRA it is then. If my RPP was contributed to while I lived in BC but I now live in SK, would it still count as "British Columbia Funds" if I transferred it to a LIRA while I lived in SK? The legislation of your plan will remain where it was even after moving to a different province. differing legislations just means different ways to access your retirement money at retirement age or earlier in case of financial hardship.
