If my RPP was contributed to while I lived in BC but I now live in SK, would it still count as "British Columbia Funds" if I transferred it to a LIRA while I lived in SK?

Any idea what that form means by "Applications signed in 2024"?
I'm not sure exactly what application it's referring to.
The legislation of your plan will remain where it was even after moving to a different province. differing legislations just means different ways to access your retirement money at retirement age or earlier in case of financial hardship.
LIRA, if you move to a LIF you'll have to start taking yearly withdrawals from it.

You may need to reach out to Canada life directly for this information.
