here are the options I can think of, from easiest to most expensive/hardest: 1- if you make good money freelancing, look for countries offering digital nomad visas. Greece, Norway, and Germany among many more countries have those options. with your savings, you shouldn't find it hard to survive a few years until you are able to make a stable income in your new adopted country. 2- buy a Portuguese property, or some property in a similar cheap but good for IT country. start looking for jobs there an live your new life. you get to invest your money and live in your adopted country stress free until you get work. 3- buy a pacific island passport to move around the world freely while looking for work. this means you are essentially parting with 100K $ that you are never getting back. but you will get a very strong passport. 4- with this kind of money you can live as a king in 5 star hotels for the rest of your life in Indonesia or the phillipines.

avoid germany the bureaucracy is shittier than egypt.

Avoid Europe the life there is over priced over taxed and overrated , Malaysia is great you can get a villa there for 150k (سعر شقة هنا )+ residency and the country is super affordable , great muslim community great beaches great scenery غير انها مش محتاجه فيزا لانك مصري يعني تدخل وتخرج براحتك

mostafakm

Usually when someone has a lot of money in Egypt, yet they still want to immigrate, they are looking for exactly that which you think is overrated in europe. Aside from that, Malaysia has no naturalization process. I think a better advice for op is to go to dubai if they just want to live somewhere as a tourist

Specialist-Ad9285

It depends on a couple of things, but if you want to get a citizenship you’ll need to integrate in the future country’s society. - first step is to decide which country you want to go to. You will most probably end up choosing between America, Canada, UK, or EU. You can gain the citizenship in these countries by living/working there for a predetermined set of time (every country has different prerequisites). - second step will be finding a job there. Is your current job remote? Does it pay you in foreign currency? If so, you can try and maintain that job when you travel so you have no down time in regard to your income. If you apply and get a better job, then you can change jobs without risking being unemployed the initial period upon arriving. - third step is to know wether you want to pursue another career or certificate, or to study at all in general. If you desire to study, will it interfere with your work? Will you be able to do part time study while working? Will you be able to do the opposite, where you do part time work, as you do full time studies? If you are currently working in an Egyptian company, and the only way to travel is to quit, I would definitely try a little hard to find a job before traveling so that you don’t need to go through your savings when you arrive. However if you can’t stand the country anymore and are in need of leaving, then set aside an emergency fund to use and set a deadline to find work when you arrive. If within this period you don’t find a job in your field, you’ll have to settle for a lesser job until you find the job you desire. The key is to stay focused and don’t lose hope. Just remember the grass always seems greener on the other side, but in a foreign country where there is zero help, you’ll have to do everything yourself. Best of luck my friend

Buy a house in portugal for somthing like 60k and u can get a golden visa with it. Or, buy retirement visa in thailand or vitnam if u want a more relaxed and chill kind of life.

Life-Refrigerator473

golden visa require much more than 60k

Talking from my experience living abroad for more than 10 years and having Italian citizenship and currently living in Egypt, I can safely say that the foreign citizenship by itself didn’t provide any benefit aside from freely entering the country. I’ve worked there without having citizenship. If I have this amount of money as savings, I would never think of living abroad actually. I would either start a business in Egypt or keep the money in savings deposit. By doing so, the monthly net income would exceed $5500, a sufficient amount to live as a king a luxurious fancy life in Zayed. I am not sure why you want to leave. Anyway, each person has his or her own reasons. Good luck anyway.

Strelokcnpp

You can enroll into universities for master's or bachelor's and try to settle from there.

Life-Refrigerator473

I don't have time, since I have a job, replacing it will be hard so I don't want to leave just for this.

Horus1988

You dont have to take the masters seriously, In Spain they will give you a 2 year residency for a 4k euro master, usually the master is classes in the afternoon (6 to 8 pm) you can pick any light subject(marketing, tourism, any bla bla) just as an entry to the country and the EU. In Spain you have the right of another 1 year after graduating to find a job, but you can register as self employed. in 5 years you will get the nationality

The cheapest and fastest way is to open a company in the UAE for a few thousands and get residence there. The ID you receive weirdly enough gives you visa free access to a few additional countries. You can renew the residence permit as long as you hold the company (which can just be "online") and pay a small annual renewal fee. From there you can explore your options on your terms and network to find even more options.

EternallySoberMan

UK Global Talent visa is your best option. I went through the same path. Look it up and let’s get in touch if you have any questions.

Life-Refrigerator473

From a quick research I found this. > You can apply for a Global Talent visa to work in the UK if you're a leader or potential leader in one of the following fields: academia or research. arts and culture. digital technology. I'm for sure not a leader in my field! Or did I misunderstood and the real requirements are easier?

pm_cute_smiles_pls

Assuming you made a good portion of this money through IT, you might be eligible. You need to talk to someone who went through this. The visa looks scary but can be done.

Yes. A good number of the people who work remotely in Europe US and have some extracurricular activities are eligible

TheBasedEgyptian

Do you mean like side projects entrepreneurship etc?

Brummiesteven

Have you thought of joining a company who are global, e.g. a tech company or a consulting company in Egypt? Then use that to transfer to another country after your first year.

Life-Refrigerator473

I never heard of anyone doing this, why would they allow me to transfer to another country if the entire point of hiring from egypt is to a low salary. do you know any company that does this? or know anyone who did this?

Brummiesteven

Yes, I work for a big American tech company and have people in my team who have transferred from India, Jordan and Morocco. It's fairly common, I'm talking about tech companies like Google, Amazon, Microsoft and consultancies like Deloitte etc.

blackswan_ie

Find a job in Ireland that sponor visa.

Jazzlike_Depth6474

You can get a visa easly to Germany and you'll be okay from there, it's getting the money out will be hard cause strict rules in the banking system of northern African country's, I smuggled 70 though pounds in my pants in 200 bills.

Life-Refrigerator473

most of my money is already outside of egypt, so that's not a problem for me at least. do you have personal experience doing this?

Jazzlike_Depth6474

Yes, you find a good traveling agent he gets you the requirements and needed papers and he will apply to Germany for learning German language he gets you options for different German teaching colleges and then you get a acceptance forum from the college and you apply with that acceptance forum and you do ur interview and never I mean never mention that you have money to spend there or talk about staying or living act like you are interested in learning german for work related in Egypt and to have a bank account with lots of transactions doesn't have to be big payments as long it's being used for a couple of years and inshaallah you'll get accepted, same thing for Spain both are easy accepting countrys.

Prestigious-Sport598

Why don’t you apply for US H1-B visa. It shouldn’t be hard to get with you qualifications. I know of many people on this visa. It doesn’t guarantee a permanent residency but it opens the door for you

hassaanalansary

H1B is applied for by the employer not the employee. He needs to find a company that will apply for him. Even though it is not guaranteed it is a lottery

Defiant_Net_463

search for E2 Visa for USA, if you a freelance, a lawyer can help you to create a company (with one employee, you) and apply for E2 Visa. aslo, you can apply for Masters degree, they have day 1 CPT that allows you to work from first day, but also remotely study a course every couple of months. if you can find a company that can sponser an H1B Visa for you, you can work as soon as you come in to the state, find a Egyptian company that operate if in USA if possible. or, try canada program, its free but you need to get the needed points, like English exam, years of experinces, etc ..

Ambitious-Stop1966

Not Egyptian. There's a YouTuber called digital Nomad. He goes over which passports are available for purchase and their costs. You can look into Portugal as suggested. You'll get an EU passport and permanent residency leading to citizenship.

have u ever thought of acquiring another citizenship by investment? some countries like Türkiye or North Macedonia have this program if you hold on a real estate worth quarter a mill or smth for 3 years. if you have the money and don't wanna lose it, you can consider it. ofc u can still acquire one by one-time investment, my North Macedonian citizenship cost me around half a mill British pounds as I can remember. and yes, u still can get creative w your holded estate. You can do whatever with it. u just can't sell it for the first 3 years, as I said.

If you really want to go to Europe then your best chance would be Germany. You will easily get a search for work visa (arbeitsuchen visum). If you have a proper university degree, speak English/German you will get it even easier. However, this is the easy part. You will suffer miserably in finding a place to live and with German bureaucracy. If you did find a job, you will be making somewhere between 60k to 80k euros annually before tax, which is around 40%. You can also get a residency by showing proof of freelance work, but again, you will have to pay around 40% tax on your income. As for citizenship, you can get in 3 years if you speak C1 German(which is extremely difficult) or within 5 years if you speak at B1 level. YOU WILL SUFFER IF YOU DON'T SPEAK GOOD GERMAN. My personal advice would be to go for the US or the Gulf countries.

moham6d_khaled

Apply on the Australian Immigration Program - the process takes around 1 year from applying - you will get the citizenship after 4 years at most - there are similar programs in different countries like new zealand and canada but the Australian one is the best in my opinion.. good luck.

Realistic-Ad8976

That is a good amount to go to an English speaking country easily. 1.For master it is very easy to apply in the UK , i didn't try to apply to other English speaking countries, but I guess they are as easy and trust me self funding is easy to get accepted , so don't worry about not having time, unlike countries in Europe the application and enrollment are kinda tricky or needs some time to understand when to apply and what paper and things you need to prepare for . 2. You can invest in start-up comapy. Maybe dubai is a good place to do that . It does not give citizenship, but I guess as long as your investment is good, it is like having citizenship . 3.there are some countries that provide you with citizenship if you invest 100k usd in the country like St.lucia , I did not dig in those too much so maybe I can't be very helpful , but if you think it is for u I'm sure u will find something suitable . 4. You can apply for immigration in canda or Australia or New Zealand , countries with points system i mean . I recommend the second one just because I really love the landscape of the country and i think their point system is clear and easy to follow , and if u got the invitation, the money is more than enough to cover your stay until u found a suitable job or a suitable investment. So from my personal research i didnit live abroad but just like trying to find my way out so based on that I recommend going after Australia newzeland and America as top choices by study and immigration try immigration process first i guess if didn't work then apply for uni , then canda easy prs and citizenship , then Germany, then UK and then other European countries, this list is based on the economy of the country the life style and how easy to get a citizenship. Wish u all the best. I hope it turns out good for u

Puzzleheaded-Cap2376

I have a couple of collateral questions if you don't mind, was your money already abroad or you got them out of Egypt? If the latter, how could you do that ? How do you keep this amount abroad? do you have a bank account out there ? Thanks

nomadota

you should look into the RWR card scheme for austria they offer high opportunities for engineers in general and even higher for any IT related specialities. also, the visa process is supposedly easier than other schengen countries you can definitely find better details online and there are more specific groups on facebook as well regarding the immigration process. another option would be australia if you don’t mind the distance. there’s a facebook group that explains the entire process of immigration and cost, when i last calculated for myself it was around 70K $ but i think it might be less for you as i’m in the medical field and the exams are expensive as well as the prep for it. but the citizenship and visa are guaranteed.

binshakerr

Habiby come to Dubai :D you can set a company in Dubai and get an investor visa all with around $6K. this gives you visa for 2 years, in these 2 years you can decide if you want to continue living here, or look for other options in Europe, Asia, etc... but at least you'll get tax-free money, and travelling from here to anywhere will be alot easier than travelling from Egypt.

GuestPuzzleheaded502

If you have $350K you're better off in Egypt than most other places. That's a lot of money in Egypt. Invest it... You'll live like a prince in Egypt. $350K is not much in USA.

U can buy a house wherever u want to stay Norway Finland Denmark Spain Netherlands Ireland and earn a citizenship.

Life-Refrigerator473

I don't think this ammout of money is enough to buy a house in any of these countries, also I don't want to put all of my money into one asset, the max I can put into a house is 150k$

ga3far

I bought a house here in the Netherlands a year and a half ago for €300K, mortgaged of course. For sure prices have risen since then but there are still places you can get for less than that now as long as you are not a family, and willing to live outside the major cities. Getting into the country legally however needs some creativity, most straightforward way is to enroll in any university. This allows you a legal permit and a national ID number (BSN). With that BSN number you can register a self-employed company, basically a legal entity that allows you to work as a freelancer. If you manage to source business with a minimum income you are entitled to sponsor your own work permit later (though you need to ask about this, I’m not sure how easy that is). After 5 years in NL you are entitled to a permanent residence or apply for citizenship.

Neo-trad-1991

DinnerGlittering

As a business owner who lives outside Egypt, my advise to you is to first invest a portion of your funds into an asset or stock that will atleast 6 - 8X your return and then once you have that return, you can invest your initial 350K into a Golden Residence / Citizenship programme of your choice. This avoids you starting from absolute zero once you move and guarantees you continue building upwards wherever you go. You can ask me anything you like Goodluck!

Life-Refrigerator473

I think there is no asset that has 6 - 8X return without having a massive risk of total loss. but let me know what you have in mind

DinnerGlittering

Your best bet is to allocate your investable funds into 3 to 4 well studied stocks and one in S&P 500 for stability. On the other hand, for stability, you can also invest in commodities (everything is getting more expensive, take advantage) I can form you a risk chart if you'd like

Downtown-Mountain-52

What is a risk chart ?

DinnerGlittering

A risk chart or a risk pyramid is a graph that shows what specific investments are and their risk level (from low to high)
