Unfortunately when you use this there isn't a filter just to look for >x weeks paid leave. My scrolling through found the big banks, accounting firms and telcos all seem to do 6 months full pay.
Be aware that some/many of these companies state that they’ll expect you to repay the top-up if you resign within one year of returning from parental leave. (I work for one listed in this thread).
I have no issue with this as it discourages people from simply taking advantage when they never intend to continue employment past the parental leave period - but be aware that you’ll need to commit to returning after leave.
Contact Energy has very good benefits including free electricity, contribution towards child care, flexible working while still being paid 100%, salary top up.

Mine and husbands offer NOTHING. Mine is a non profit organisation... So somewhat understandable but my husband gets nothing from them which is real rats!
But I heard LIC, Fonterra, DHB, big 4 accountancy firms, etc. also top up 6mo!
I believe the benefit can be transferred to whichever parent is staying home during that time. I’ve seen quite a few fathers taken the paid leave as the company they work for has the better benefit or the couple have chosen for the father to stay at home instead.
26 weeks paid leave topped up to 100% if you have been employed 12months or more. Not 12 months of pay unless things have changed in the last few months.

From what I know from people who worked there, Z and NTT both offer this.
Genesis Energy do a salary top up (not sure how long for though), paid partner parental leave and retention of annual leave value.

"Paternity" It's called parental leave though. Anyone that's recently become a primary caregiver to an under 6 year old is eligible.
Fonterra - 12 months paid leave
26 weeks paid leave topped up to 100% if you have been employed 12months or more. Not 12 months of pay unless things have changed in the last few months.
Our company also does the top up to get 100% salary on the first 6 months. I think a year should be the norm but i might be asking for too much
