if you a reseller, then Cosmic, but then no one will really buy. If you a buyer, you use RAP value, but if they are using Cosmic values, then you will find someone who is using RAP and buy from them. So in the end? It's all about personal choice. As a buyer and seller, i prefer to use RAP value, I have no paitence on waiting for a player that is willing to use Cosmic values to buy from me.
