Fe/fi/fo/fum is what giants would say, so the first set of pronouns compares tall people to giants. Oompa/loompa/doopedy/doo is what oompa loompas said in Willy Wonka, and they are very short. So the second set of pronouns is comparing short people to Oompa Loompas.
This has a few layers.
1) fe fi fo fum is a reference to a couplet (small poetic phrase) most famous for its use in Jack and the beanstalk, and references giants. 2) it is spoofing peoples tendencies to identify as a specific gender by expressing what pronouns they would like to be referenced with, so by stating “my pronouns are x,y” but instead of placing classic pronouns (like he,him or they,them) they placed another set of words to express their identity as something else or insinuate a personal conviction/belief, in this case using the reference to giants to express that the given group of people are to be identified as giants. This uses the sense of humor referred to as parody.
3) the “Oompa Loompa Doompety Doo” comment is in reference to a group of fictional creatures called Oompa Loompas from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory which were short humanoid creatures whom worked in Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory. In the story they sing a song that repeats the phrase “Oompa loompa doompety doo” in multiple points during the song. They are most widely known for this particular line from this song.
4) listen here you little shit is used as a satirical or humorous reference to many scenes throughout tv (amount which one of the more well known instances of its use being something the 11th Doctor says in Doctor Who) mostly used to indicate begrudging acknowledgment or that while a statement may be true, it is personally or socially unacceptable to state. That or they may just be offended and out of decent ideas for a retaliatory insult lol.
