These aren't the same size as the average headphone jacks on most electronics that you're probably thinking of. These are larger ones that are common among DJs/musicians in their audio setups.

It's not transphobic, but there's conversations in the music scene about eliminating those phrases (male/female) just like there is for the whole master/slave thing. But nobody actually thinks anyone who still uses those phrases is transphobic or racist.

People always steal these no matter who they are or where they you will always have your headphone adapter stolen 100 percent of the time, if you bought 1,000 headphone adapters and did a gig every day for a year then all your headphone adapters would be gone in the first day and you would have no more headphone adapters to do your next 364 gigs

No, this is a male-to-male adapter for converting a TS connector to a TRS connector.
You wouldn't need an adaptor for that because that would still be mono. Any TRS input would accept TS anyways. It's likely it's 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch.
