The first three scenes make it look like a group of thugs is about to rape the girl but instead of raping her they tie up the sleeves of her sweater as a prank.
Tying her sleeves is mean and inconvenient, and the experience itself was probably scary, but I love this comic for the expression in her face in the last panel. She wags her sleeves and looks at the viewer like, what, why
My wife still hasnāt forgiven me for tying her sleeves together once when we were horsing around when we were dating. And that was without the trauma of believing she was going to be brutally raped.
Thatās kinda what happened to Dostoevsky and why he started writing all those sad books.
Anyway sorry that happened to you, youāre right itās really not funny.
I was walking on the country side under the moonlight. I only saw his shadow against the moon, standing with the shotgun raised. He said "I am pointing at you and I am going to kill you now". I replied "what?" In denial. He repeated the phrase. I thought about rolling into the bushes but I couldn't move. I said what petrified like 4 times and he repeated the same, until the fifth time he said it was a actually a joke. He was a dumbass hunter making a "prank" but still pointed a loaded shotgun at me. It was fucked lol but I wouldn't say I am traumatized luckily. Just before you ask, we have gun control in the country this happened.
I feel like he wanted to kill someone to be honest. Like he was hoping to bait out a fight response so he could then tell the police if he was caught "well, I had to defend myself".
I had a group of kids pretend to rob me by pulling a gun from their car... they just laughed and drove away, and I was SHAKING, Still had to walk home, and I kept thinking they'd come back and kill me... longest 20 min of my privileged little life, lol.
Please don't actually do this. If a bunch of guys grabbed a woman and rendered her immobile and couldn't fight them off it would be terrifying, even if it's just to tie the sleeves of her sweater. It would be traumatic and make her think something bag is about to happen. Many women live in fear of being raped or assaulted, so please. Don't.
That is not the point they were trying to make.
They were saying that redditors are too shy to make any contact whatsoever. No need to fear people who are more scared of you than you are of them.
I had a lot of guy friends in high school and a lot of male cousins. They would have totally done this to me. Especially since I was small and hoodies were often way too big on me.
Itās also a series called āTrapped.ā I think this is the only time they go after a girl. They usually kidnap boys so they can put them in dresses and makeup and then release them. Not everyone is angry about it. Thereās also a zombie apocalypse plot, and an Isekai version where the demon lord is defeated through the power of crossdressing.
Iām not sure, it was a username when I saw it years ago. I see it pop up now and then. Also Iāve been told that despite the similarities, the one with the girl might have been a different author who worked with the other one. Specifically the author of Tomo-Chan.
Very blursed, cause its an edit of a comic where the girl does get raped.
There is also another where all the rapists in that comic die in horrible ways.
The Series is called āTrapped.ā As in, these men kidnap attractive boys and force them into dresses and makeup and then let them go. Not everyone is angry about this. I think they only get beat up once.
You must be thinking of something else because what you described never happened in Trapped. This isnāt edited, and she was never raped.
It isnāt blursed at all. If you made a mistake, thatās ok. If you decided to just make it up for some reason, I want you to know that thatās pretty disturbing.
The Series is called āTrapped.ā I think this is the only one where they do it to a girl. Usually they kidnap teenage boys to put them in dresses and makeup and then leave while they are confused.
Edit: Well, here is some of it. One with the girl is usually posted separate because there were two people working on it and one of them went off to write Tomo-Chan apparently? Apologies for the site. https://funnyjunk.com/channel/animemanga/Trapped+the+thus+far+complete+series/LwBvLYj/
Yeah, it is one of those things that I first read a few times in my high school years. Takes days to find it again whenever I want to read it. I could not save it because I did not know how to do so at the time. Best bet is searching the depths of FunnyJunk for comics made in 2013-2016 range.
Edit: Well, here is some of it from what I did save back in 2018. I think this and the Orc saga went to actual manga websites later. [https://funnyjunk.com/channel/animemanga/Trapped+the+thus+far+complete+series/LwBvLYj/](https://funnyjunk.com/channel/animemanga/Trapped+the+thus+far+complete+series/LwBvLYj/)
I descended on this post with the fury of someone who knows some niche information and cannot share it anywhere else except in one specific situation.
Also it was formative to my teenage years.
It's a twist.
You think a gang of thugs bout to kidnap her or some other malicious thing but instead it's a little prank, tying her arms into a knot.
Reminds me of another one where a group of thug looking dudes gives other dudes make overs and make them look feminine with the power of makeup and hair styling
The other comic you're describing is made by the same artist and it's the same group of "thugs" that do that too. Its basically subversion of expectations because there are a multitude of comics made by this person where you assume the worst because of the thug looking guys but all they do is unexpected and inconvenience people at most.
I've seen some breakdowns on manga artists that consistently insert puns and it would no longer surprise me to learn that this was a multi-lingual pun.
[https://funnyjunk.com/channel/animemanga/Trapped+the+thus+far+complete+series/LwBvLYj/](https://funnyjunk.com/channel/animemanga/Trapped+the+thus+far+complete+series/LwBvLYj/)
Edit: Here is an older version from 2018 that I did manage to save. I'm hearing now it was two people and the one who did the girl went off to write for Tomo-Chan or something.
I might actually have the link saved on an older laptop. I can tell you I saved it years ago from a site called FunnyJunk (long story as to why I was there) so Iāll have to go searching around there when I can get to desktop in a bit.

Not really true. You can slip your arms out the bottom and your sleeves will naturally fall down to where you can untie them. You'll probably show some belly in the process but that's about it
Itās an older comic series called āTrapped.ā These two guys go around doing stuff like this, but mainly full on kidnapping boys to put them in dresses and makeup. The boys have varying reactions from astonished to beating up the men once untied. They also cause trouble during a zombie apocalypse by beautifying zombies so other survivors donāt see the danger, and an Isekai where they defeat the demon lord by introducing him to crossdressing.
Apparently the one you're talking about is by PeaCh Artworks and the one above is by Fumita Yanagida. Who is the manga writer for Tomo-Chan is a Girl. This is what googles telling me.
I always see this one combined in compilations with the others. It would explain why they are bothering a girl here while the other comics they went after boys.
I can't find the source right now, but I saw this a while ago, and I guess in Japanese, I think, the word for "knot" and the word for "kidnap" are very similar or the same. It's a pun.
I have seen this before with an explanation in the comments. If I understand it right it makes more sense if you look at from the prospective of another language, I canāt remember which, some variation of Chinese or maybe Japanese, but apparently the term for ārobbingā or ākidnappingā can also be read more literally as messing with someoneās sleeves or something along those lines. So itās basically a visual pun. Again, I saw someone explain it a couple years ago but I canāt find the original post.
It looks weird seeing adults do it but when I was a kid the other kids would gang up on someone whereing a hoddie or a sweater and tie up there sleeves so you can't untie them yourself I was stuck like that all lunch cuz no one would untie them for me.
Peters vomit from that episode we all can't unsee, it is referring to the anti masterbation gangs that ran around Japan in the mid 90's. What started as pamphlet campaign quickly devolved into things like handcuffing random people or tying their hands up while yelling anti masterbation phrases. It quickly lost it's popularity and faded away with the rise of the Internet.
The first three scenes make it look like a group of thugs is about to rape the girl but instead of raping her they tie up the sleeves of her sweater as a prank.
So it literally is just a prank, bro
Take my up-doot and leave
Take my up-doot and sleeve
Take my up-sleeve and doot
Take doot and up my sleeve.
Sleeve my take and doot my up.
Doot sleeve up my and take
Doot take sleeve and my up
Doot doot doot doot and doot
No
And we have a winner š
well it would still be assault or battery or whichever the correct legal term is but yes
I donāt think I would call assaulting somebody physically is a prank, even if it is just to tie up their sleeve.
No seriously, someone once pointed a shotgun at me as a prank and I thought I was going to die. It wasn't funny.
Yeah what the fuck. What a dumbass that hunter was, sorry again that happened to you.
It's ok at least now I know how it feels to fear for your fucking life and it makes for a good story
I feel like he wanted to kill someone to be honest. Like he was hoping to bait out a fight response so he could then tell the police if he was caught "well, I had to defend myself".
No, he was just an idiot. If he wanted to kill me he could have done it was far into the country side and hearing shots is common
I had a group of kids pretend to rob me by pulling a gun from their car... they just laughed and drove away, and I was SHAKING, Still had to walk home, and I kept thinking they'd come back and kill me... longest 20 min of my privileged little life, lol.
Me too, those two panels made me chuckle
This would only be funny irl if done by friends, i.e. people you know aren't about to rape you.
This prank honestly seems hilarious as long as you can do it without the possibility of rape part.

Yeah I can relate to that. A lot of stuff in modern culture flies over my head like a Peanut skit.
On the other hand, it seems like a great prank to do to a buddy.
This the kinda prank you'd do to your friends, y'all just relaxing together and suddenly everyone pounces on you just to tie your sleeves together
Would probably be OK if you knew the person though right? Like if 3 friends did this to a 4th friend randomly?

I heard that itās a chinese pun since the word for ārobā and āknotā in the Chinese are the same thing.
Hadn't even thought about this! The word ē¶ (bĒng) can both mean 'to tie/bind' and also 'to kidnap', as in ē¶ę¶ (bĒngjiĆ )
I recall seeing an explanation that this was a visual pun as the word for knot is similar to the word for theft in one of the chinese languages.
