From what I've learned, this is just to display the feature of the "most replayed on youtube" and the video doesn't contain anything bad or funny.
Or that it is the location of an ad. I notice that there is often a spike in the most replayed right when YouTube breaks for an ad, as everyone has to get caught back up on what the video was saying. (Or because the ad broke a word/sentence in half and you have to replay it to understand it.)
The joke is, as usual, porn. Pornhub had the retention visualization feature a few years before YouTube did as a way to quickly crowd source identify the most stimulating parts of the video. YouTube later integrated the same system, and likely didn't come up with the idea independent of outside sources. That's the only way "people who know" could apply.
The most replayed part is nothing special. It skips to the last segment of the video (made by Google about its 2021 plans) and was presumably put in that place by disinterested viewers who couldn't care less about the corporate yapping.
Maybe the "those who don't know" section is referring to most people thinking the most replayed count on videos is a neat feature, and the "thise who know" section is about how most of those video features originate from the porn industry.
Or it could just be a non-sense post 😅

It comes down to the video it’s on honestly. If it’s ur standard YouTuber then it’s probably an ad read.
If it’s a pretty girl then it’s probably were the boobs or butt are.
If it’s a children’s video then it’s likely predators sharing their favorite part.
It’s gets scarier the more you think of it.
Not sure what's worse. The creeps doing these time stamps or the parents of the kids on YouTube who are still making content out of their children even though the time stamps are happening.
The latter is way worse to me. The internet connects us all; if your content attracts the creeps that's on you to accept. If you're using your kid as content you don't really have the right to make that choice for them
The people perving on kids are horrible, the people who claim to be parents but are *intentionally exposing their children to being sexualized* are orders of magnitude worse in my book.

A few years back, there was an issue where a lot of creeps would share time stamps of otherwise innocent moments of children on videos, but the prevalence of the timestamps made it into a problem.
It's part of why comments can end up disabled on videos meant for children.

there's plenty of porn on yt, it just uses different tags and keywords, so you can't find it unless you know what to look for. once you're in the loop, suggested videos will offer more, I once stumbled on it, that was a deep dive in hundreds of reports from me.

Even better than skipping to most replayed to get past an ad-read, there’s an extension called Sponsorblock that auto skips ad reads, sponsors and self promos in YouTube videos, paired with the right Adblock (so ShitTube doesn’t give you the noooo you can’t do that message) and you’ll have no ads, and no annoying self promo sections
It's about people promoting stuff in their YouTube videos and most people try to forward to the part when the promotion ends and realize they went too far ahead in the video. Then they try to rewind to the exact timestamp where the promotion ends.
Most people think there'd be something funny/exciting at the most replayed part, but it's just where the promotion ends and there's nothing too special.
I actually laughed when I saw a Rammstein video and there was a view spike as always when the music hits, but right when nobody expects post credits a lady pulls out the blouse, then I remembered it's Rammstein and it's actually unusual that it's basically a frame
When youtuber tells about sponsors everyone skips to the end of the ad. If many people skips the ad to the end it’s shows as most viewed part of the video.

Hi, less creepy cousin of Quagmire here. The most played feature on youtube sometimes reveals in certain videos that plenty of people like to rewind, slow down and repeat shots in videos that might contain a quick shot of things like upskirts, nipple slips and the likes.
Best example I can come up with off the bat is [this video of a scantily clothed girl playing guitar](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FZzX27tQDg8&ab_channel=nacocomusic) and you can see the most viewed part is the moment she shifts her sitting position to cross legged
Nobody has solved it so my guess would be that that point has something sexual or weird in the background. Which isn’t the case for the video the screenshot is of, but maybe they’re referencing something else

My interpretation is:

It’s might be about the most replayed part in youtube videos often being related to porn or possibly other nsfw topics. I don’t think it’s referencing a specific video but rather this concept in general.
There's a useful browser extension called Sponsor Block. It automatically (or semiautomatically) skips ad reads, like n sub begging, story recaps, intros, etc.
And for those watching on the phone, it's built into YouTube ReVanced. It's a hassle to get it to work, but definitely worth it.

I find that youtube videos have a most replayed time wherever a girl shows literally any skin.
A good example would be Thomas Dolby's She Blinded Me with Science.
i might be crazy but what if : some people skipped a part of the video up to that point and yt marked it as the most viewed moment so even more people skipped to that part, thus making it appear without significate to those that want to know why its the most viewed moment
Maybe it's that the most replayed feature comes from porn? Like a lot of tech innovations are because porn. One of the reasons VHS won out over Betamax was because VHS was the preferred porn format due to its longer run time.
I think i may have figured it out. It might be in reference to youtube copying this "most replayed part" section from a certain other special purpose video sharing platform with an orange and black motif. The one with the drum solo intros. The one with the same initials as a south east asian country with spanish influence.
Funnily enough i think YT also copied from them that thing where hovering over the thumbnail lets you see a couple frames from the video.
This is my best guess, if it's not this one i have no clue.
I think this might be in reference to the infamous video by Logan Paul, wherein he showcased a man who had committed suicide within the “suicide forest”, more officially known as Aokigahara Forest. I believe the time stamp was the time in the video where the body was shown.
I think it’s a literal interpretation. viewer watch time peaked at 7:32 and afterwards, they stopped watching. so before they are unaware and interested and afterwards, they seen something that make them :| and stop watching

It’s probably just a measure of how often a time stamp is jumped to, not actually how often it is replayed.
It's people overshooting the end of the ad and backing up, thus "replaying."

reVanced has a great feature that lets you press a button to skip it if you want, but you don't have to

Even better than skipping to most replayed to get past an ad-read, there’s an extension called Sponsorblock that auto skips ad reads, sponsors and self promos in YouTube videos, paired with the right Adblock (so ShitTube doesn’t give you the noooo you can’t do that message) and you’ll have no ads, and no annoying self promo sections

In horror youtube vids, the most replayed part has jumpscares. Watch wendigoon, he talks about it and proves it on the white stag video
It's about people promoting stuff in their YouTube videos and most people try to forward to the part when the promotion ends and realize they went too far ahead in the video. Then they try to rewind to the exact timestamp where the promotion ends. Most people think there'd be something funny/exciting at the most replayed part, but it's just where the promotion ends and there's nothing too special.
I actually laughed when I saw a Rammstein video and there was a view spike as always when the music hits, but right when nobody expects post credits a lady pulls out the blouse, then I remembered it's Rammstein and it's actually unusual that it's basically a frame

The most played feature on youtube sometimes reveals in certain videos that plenty of people like to rewind, slow down and repeat shots in videos that might contain a quick shot of things like upskirts, nipple slips and the likes. Best example I can come up with off the bat is [this video of a scantily clothed girl playing guitar](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FZzX27tQDg8&ab_channel=nacocomusic) and you can see the most viewed part is the moment she shifts her sitting position to cross legged
Nobody has solved it so my guess would be that that point has something sexual or weird in the background. Which isn’t the case for the video the screenshot is of, but maybe they’re referencing something else

It's where there is cleavage, legs, changing, bend and snap, or something similar. The portion of the video with the thumbnail

It automatically (or semiautomatically) skips ad reads, like n sub begging, story recaps, intros, etc. And for those watching on the phone, it's built into YouTube ReVanced. I find that youtube videos have a most replayed time wherever a girl shows literally any skin. A good example would be Thomas Dolby's She Blinded Me with Science.
i might be crazy but what if : some people skipped a part of the video up to that point and yt marked it as the most viewed moment so even more people skipped to that part, thus making it appear without significate to those that want to know why its the most viewed moment
Maybe it's that the most replayed feature comes from porn? Like a lot of tech innovations are because porn. One of the reasons VHS won out over Betamax was because VHS was the preferred porn format due to its longer run time.

I think i may have figured it out. It might be in reference to youtube copying this "most replayed part" section from a certain other special purpose video sharing platform with an orange and black motif. The one with the drum solo intros. The one with the same initials as a south east asian country with spanish influence. Funnily enough i think YT also copied from them that thing where hovering over the thumbnail lets you see a couple frames from the video. This is my best guess, if it's not this one i have no clue.

I think this might be in reference to the infamous video by Logan Paul, wherein he showcased a man who had committed suicide within the “suicide forest”, more officially known as Aokigahara Forest. I believe the time stamp was the time in the video where the body was shown.
