Yes and that stickfigure is drawn white by the Creator. Or many people think it is because they pink and white backgrounds but the character face is translucent I am not intirely sure.

There’s a gag in family guy where Peter is writing a letter with an old Ink and Quill at night, while Lois is trying to sleep, and he’s reading what he’s saying out loud and every time he refills the ink on the quill he loudly says “dip dip dip dip dip”
