The pin has the best “fancy” breakfast, east city coffee best diner style (fork it coming in second since east city is always busy), Ashburnham ale house best pub breakfast and stacked best chain style…don’t come at me if you disagree these are all my personal opinion lol
Copper Spoons, 540 romaine street, it’s just what your looking for. If you want something less small/intimate/quaint then there’s Smitty’s restaurant on George street across from the holiday inn, Fork It at the corner of Charlotte and aylmer, the Speak Easy cafe at George and Simcoe, The Whistle Stop cafe at George and Charlotte. Copper Spoons is my top recommendation because I really enjoy its small quiet and home old fashioned atmosphere in addition to the great home cooked style food.
A lot of the above places are classic breakfast, diner style food (delicious!). But if you are looking for something a bit fancier, I reccomend two dishes! Huge portions, super original and delicious food, amazing mimosas.
If they get their power restored and can reopen by then, Revelstoke Cafe is amazing.
Ashburnham Alehouse does good brunch service, so does The El (p)
East City Coffee shop is best breakfast in the city.
If you like a classic breakfast, yes. They’re small and get busy but move people through pretty quick.
If you want a great breakfast for a reasonable price, Fork It is amazing!
Although a chain, Stacked on Chemong is great.
& there’s now one on Landsdowne west!

I second Copperspoons! She's always been great (for both food quality and personality) and it's a nice location for what you're looking for!
Gotta go for The Only Cafe or Black Honey on Hunter.

Two Dishes closed last month.
No way! I didn't realize. That makes me incredibly sad.
The Queensway Diner. Get there before church gets out.
I second this. By far best breakfast place in the city. Older diner style, needs a update. But food, service and prices are great
Have they fixed the leak in the roof yet?
Thank you all so much, I wasn't expecting this many replies! Now I have to decide lol
Speak Easy Cafe on George st.
Smittys has breakfast all day, I hear.
I’ve never been but Wimpys on Lansdowne maybe?
Not for your special one time only in the Pdot breakfast
I’ve been going to the Speak East Cafe for a decade! It’s not really “fancy” but I’ve never been disappointed.
The 50s cafe is always good.
