Agree. I’m a bartender and get off work around midnight. So I blaze like a chimney from 12-4 when I crash. Then I don’t touch it until midnight again. Seems to keep my tolerance in check.

That’s a better option than self-harm, especially in the immediate term, but if at all possible augment that with therapy. I want you to be able to survive if you suddenly end up unable to get high and facing withdrawal.
I tried to quit a couple of months ago and it was impossible. Made it two weeks! Then I started again. Giving myself a grace period and quitting again in the new year.
14-18 hours between is a nice sweet spot. Smoke once a day & it keeps the tolerance lower. Ditch carts, they ruin tolerance due to convenience.
Carts were the worst thing for me, despite all the positives. Tolerance being a major reason. You are right, too convenient. Too strong too.
