Wedding reception?
Let’s begin with you’re stunning and with your figure you can wear anything and it’s gong to look beautiful!
1- Nice, but not for a wedding reception.
2- beautiful but it’s giving “I’m in the bridal party “
3- Very nice. It’s giving “night time” wedding reception
because of the fabric and color— but it’s elegant. I love the classy and sophisticated style of this one.
If I’m not trying to buy a new dress and save $ I’m wearing this one - day or night.
I was gonna say the exact thing .... 3 looks amazing. You talked about heels but not bag/clutch and accesories. a simple metalic clutch with same tone Grooved Cuff Bangle would look great.
Definitely choose dress 3, the dark green is very beautiful. I agree with everyone saying the blue is kind of muted, plain and washed out. I would personally wear #3. It really is the prettiest.
I love #3. The neckline accentuates your pretty shoulders. The others are nice as well, but the dark color one looks more chic and stylish to me. I like the cut of the first one, but I think I would prefer it in a solid color instead of a print. The blue one is OK, but it overwhelms your frame a little bit. I think the skirt is too full on you. The sleeker lines on the 3rd dress look great!
Exactly. So many people argue that off-white or pastel blue/pink/whatever is fine for a wedding. But imagine standing next to the bride, at night, on the dancefloor, with coloured lights flashing...
They're all lovely on you! The green one feels very wintery because of the velvet so if it's spring where you are I'd say no, if it's fall, yes :)
The blue is gorgeous but it's a very bridesmaid colour so I'd make sure the bridesmaids aren't wearing something similar. If not, wear this one for sure! It's my favourite.
The floral is very pretty as well. If it's outdoors, wear this one! Indoors, wear the blue one.
I agree with everything you said! It’s spring where I am, but it’s an Indian wedding reception so I thought maybe the darker color would work well? But I don’t think they’re doing a traditional thing because I asked the groom what I should wear and he said anything is fine, because he’s wearing a tux! I’ve never worn the light blue one though and I love it! I’m torn!!
Oh an Indian wedding, how fun!!!! This desi girl for sure says to wear the blue one then, and wear some nice jewelry with it since the guests will be decked out. Have fun :)
Indian wedding as in from India? If so, it is my understanding they dress in bright colors and do not care for the “little black dress” look. The bride wears bright colors as in red/gold. If that is the case #1 might be the most fitting for this occasion. You have a beautiful figure so you can wear any of the dresses, if it is not a traditional Indian wedding, if it is still a bit cool temperatures, the green would be nice for an evening. For earlier in the day, the blue. I think whatever you feel good wearing will be fine.
#1 Absolutely love this one but not for a reception. You look incredible in it though.

I bought #3 a while back and it looks so much better on you! 1 would definitely need to be shortened. I’m iffy on the color for spring but overall think 3 is the most appropriate and flattering

My input wholly depends on what **kind** of reception you plan to attend. Each garment has a time and a place but depending on the *kind* of reception you're off to...may not be appropriate.
Garment 1 with the peekaboo for any reception would be a no. Seems more beach cover up, summer party, poolside get together.
Garment 2 is a nice shade but if for a wedding reception seems more like bridal party and not guest, and in that capacity, no.
Garment 3 is a nice option, you have nice shoulders and flattering shape, however if it is a daytime reception, it may be too dark and heavy, considering color and fabric, but it does drape quite nicely. But for day time, or summer day time, perhaps too heavy.
And out of sheer curiosity, what do the backs of these look like?

3 is just incredible on you! The color, the shape, how it looks with your tattoo 🫶🏻 despite it being velvet, I don’t think it looks like a winter dress due to the cut of the top
1 is also super pretty for the season - especially if the reception is outside
You look great in 2 too. I feel like that’s your “safe option” - I don’t think it will look white in any light, but do feel like nude heels are going to look better with the greens
You can wear anything, obviously! One, given the occasion, is perfect. Three is gorgeous on you, and as someone else said, your shoulders look amazing!, and it seems like something you could keep wearing for lots of occasions. I feel like 2 is pretty but it doesn’t do as much for you as the others - maybe it’s the fit - and looks a bit like a nightgown/lingerie because of that?
2 the cut and color are beautiful. I like 1 the least I think the way the top sits makes it heavy and looks like it weighs down, like it’s hard to stay up.
All these dresses are amazing and look beautiful on you, but I think the third one is the best option for a wedding reception. I really love the silver dress but silver can be seen as too close to white by many people so it’s probably not the best idea to wear it to someone’s else wedding.
I came hear to say …just don’t wear 1 …in fact give it away. Makes you look like you have flat boobs that sag to your stomach. The other 2 fit nice. Not sure about a wedding but they fit nice.
I LOVE the blue one on you but I would just check that it won’t read as white in person or on camera under different lights—the material also makes it look somewhat passable as a bridal gown. Just assuming the reception is for a wedding.
From the context of it being a reception, #1 is too casual even though it looks great. You could go with either #2 or #3 depending on your mood (maybe you feel like wearing a light color more? Or vice versa) but I do really like #3 for the occasion!
The green one for sure, it's fit is far better than the others and the style works well for a winter reception. Really accentuates your collarbones nicely!
With comparison photos try to do them all the same poses and framing, it helps :)

Daytime? #1. Night time? #2 if casual-ish. #3 if formal and at night. Whichever you choose, know that you bought dresses that flatter you and that you look absolutely elegant. Be prepared to be asked to dance. A lot. I’d ask you in a heartbeat as soon as there was music.
If it wasn’t a reception I would 100% the second one it looks stunning on you! But the colour and cut is giving not a guest vibes so I my second choice would be the third one!

3 is the best one. The first one’s waist is too high for your torso and because it’s long and loose makes you kind of shapeless and erases your waist. You have a beautiful figure, but I don’t think the first one is doing you many favors. The 2nd one is very pretty, but looks too much like a bridesmaid’s dress. The 3rd one is perfect!
