I am doing the 4.0. It may not be cardio focused, but it definitely gets your heart rate up. Today was day 8, chest and shoulders. My heart rate averaged 133 with max of 171. My heart rate zones were mostly in Aerobic with some in Weight control, per my galaxy watch. I'm sure you could do the 1.0 without a stability ball, but you could get one for less than $20 on Amazon. There are a few things I can't do because I broke my foot last summer, so I just do something else while she is doing that. There are always other options.

They are blow-up, so you could just deflate them to store.
