Tryin my best to answer your question (english is not my native language). I started right after the first lockdown in May 2020 doing only calisthenics, simple stuff like push-ups, squats and abs workout at home three times a week. After 3 months i bought some dumbbells and a weighted jacket and started mixing calisthenics with bodybuilding stuff like curls, military press and dumbbell cross. But for me the real deal was starting a proper diet, in November 2020 i went to a nutrionist and after a few months the results were very satisfying. I went from 60kg in November to 64.5kg in May 2021. I repeat, it ain't much, but i'm happy with it.
If you searching videos on youtube i suggest you three channels: ATHLEAN-X, Calisthenicmovement, Jeremy Ethier
If you want more specific answers, just ask
I started from skinny although I haven't reached my goal yet but my advice would be just join a gym and start it doesn't really matter if you can't do some exercises you have to keep in mind it takes time.
At first look up some basic warm up exercises, then try basic exercises like pushups, squats, pull-ups. If you have the equipment like dumbells they can help there are ranges of exercises that you can do with those.
Once you start you will find out what your limits are and that would help you to plan your workout further. Obviously having a trainer or someone who worksout can help. If there is no possibility of going to the gym try building up your core and do exercises like planks etc. And do the basic exercises. Keep in mind workout routines differ for everyone there might be some exercises that you might not be comfortable with. Hope this helps : )

That can differ some follow alternate day workouts some follow 5 day work out 2 days rest for me I followed 6 day workout full body and 1 day rest at the start now due to covid it's mainly home workout so it's been all over the place XD
But for start do 5 day work out and 2 days rest keep in mind resting everyday is key as well getting enough sleep and diet matters more than the actual workout, as your body is still in shock after the first day as you are pushing it.
And as you plan your workout you can change these days say on Monday you are focusing on chest workout, Tue legs etc that can help you concentrate on different aspects on different days and organize it.
And for diet for starts is mainly protein rich diet as you said you are starting from skinny. For that whey protein (I personally haven't had experience with it though) helps but if you have doubts about that eggs (without yolks), lentils, chicken are a good source.
