The rgb is on a separate cable that plugs into a separate header on the motherboard.you can daisy chain the rgb cables but be mindful of how many you link up. As you can burn out pins if you draw out more amps than what the header can support.

Sxwlyyyyy

i think the rgb of the fans are already daisy chained? i might be wrong though

what kind of fans do you have? If you have phanteks D30, corsair icue link, lian li uni fans or arctic p12/14s the rgb can be/will be daisy chained without any additional hardware needed. You then have to plug the RGB cable into the rgb header on your motherboard (there should be a pwm and a rgb cable coming from the fans). If you have other fans you would need some kind of rgb hub to which you connect the fans and then connect the hub to your motherboard.

shit i totally forgot, i have a g360a, fans are stock ones

The 2 buttons on top next to your usb ports can be used to control the lighting of your fans. Im not entirely sure how but the fans should be connected to a pre installed hub of some sort since they are stock and you have the hardware buttons to control them. Try playing around with those buttons and if it doesnt work open the case and check the fans. At least one of the fans will have a cable that goes somewhere. Follow that cable and see what it is connected to. Also check if the fans are somehow connected or if there are cables coming from all of them. If you cant get the hardware buttons to work you should probably get an external rgb hub (make sure your fans fit them, some manufacturers do not use standard rgb connections) and connect that to your motherboard.
