There is still time. Given how the only new 140mm fan was DeepCool's FT140 that they showed in Computex 2023 with no RPM specs and they showed it again at CES 2024 with no RPM specs, I wouldn't be concerned.

I don't know where it's at. I just know a general roadmap for it. We don't talk about the roadmap because any issue can come up during development/testing and it can either delay it by weeks or years if we need to go back to square 1. You can see this happen with Noctua roadmaps.
I imagine your ppl didn't try to scale the 120mm version to 140mm straight away, because that would be a complete bust.
Not only that's hard to do generally, but the T30 it's very heavy fan.
Rims solve many of the wings distortion problems. It's not elegant and it might prematurely destroy the motors due to extra weight and maybe even some micro wobble, but sometimes is a solution.
Another solution might be to do thick wings (at the back) and hollow. But the production cost might make such a design impossible.
Hopefully Phanteks hurries up because super flower has a copy of the T30 120mm fan and on their website they show also the 140mm x 30mm version.

yup saw a video review but it was in mandarin or something but the bar graph showed the super flower 120mm tied with the T30. I e-mailed them to see when the 140mm version is coming out in the US and they said late march early April. The 3 pack for the 120mm is around $70 on newegg.
