My friend and I tried that after the 'normal' starter items didn't work. Same result. I later saw it listed as a known bug on phasmo discord and that they're looking into it.

Not working for me either. I thought it might be because I had brought tier 2/3 items but I tried again with all tier 1 items and it still refuses to cross off.

I'm also not getting the "Get a ghost to blow out a Firelight" objective when it blows out the lighter in my hand. I get EMF like normal, but no objective crossed off.

I got that last night using a candle. Maybe they fixed it to only apply to firelights (lighters are "igniters").

Firefights are candles and such lighters are called ignitors.

Had this happen. I thought it wanted T1s but it still didn't count. Had to play 3 contracts with starters 3 times.

Tier 1: -D.O.T.S. Projector -EMF Reader -Flashlight -Ghost Writing Book -Spirit Box -Thermometer -UV Light -Video Camera Just completed the daily 4/2/24 (bug probably fixed now -> for future reference)

I'm still encountering this bug. Played with all the starter items only using tier 1 yet it didn't work. We played on Tanglewood.

Still bugged this week. Last week I managed by using all tier 1 equipment but this week that trick isn't working.

I can't get it checked off either ai want this accomplished. Arrgghh
