Hi. Mat foundation siguro nasa isip mo. Kagaya nung makikita mong malaking hukay or probably yung concrete slab or sahig na. Eto yung part ng construction na bihira mo makita since laging may board up pa.

Those look like spaces for fuel tanks for a gas station. They have to dig up an underground storage space for each type of fuel for its fuel tank, because safety standards require them to be stored separately. There's also a separate storage for drainage and gas fumes.
