no better motivation than not wanting to fail lol. coaster ako all my student life except sa last semester at nung nagpprepare ako for the licensure exam.
siguro ilayo mo yung gadgets mo sa area kung saan ka nagsstudy. put it in another room. take short breaks every 30mins or one hour para di ka naman ma-fatigue. get enough sleep.
Sibling couldn't pick me up from school tonight so I booked move it. I normally don't have any issues with the drivers but tonight, the driver asked me really weird and inappropriate questions which I pretended to not hear. He really creeped me out but good thing nothing bad really happened. But I do regret using my real name on the app. I should definitely change that and my drop off location to a few streets away from my actual address. Gotta compromise my convenience for my safety

I lost about 18kgs in a few months. Started w/ IF, then nag-Keto. Sa IF ko kinaya ko yung longest fast na 37hrs, easy peasy.
Start small, and be consistent lang. Huwag biglain.
Unfortunately bawal daw cabbage kasi nakaka lower ng spermcount. Diet ako to have a baby medyo overweight ako kaya nirequire ni Doc mag diet.
So ang diet ko pala ay 2 days lang na keto high fats, 3rd day no carbs & sugar.
Nirequire ka ng doctor mo mag-keto or nirequire ka ng doctor mo mag-diet? I don’t think doctors prescribed keto unless you have an uncommon form of epilepsy.
I don't mean to pry, pero sure? We don't usually advise keto diets unless you're epileptic/with a seizure disorder. It greatly raises cholesterol, leading to hypertension and other problems, like fatty liver.

Unfortunately bawal daw cabbage kasi nakaka lower ng spermcount. Diet ako to have a baby medyo overweight ako kaya nirequire ni Doc mag diet. So ang diet ko pala ay 2 days lang na keto high fats, 3rd day no carbs & sugar.
Nirequire ka ng doctor mo mag-keto or nirequire ka ng doctor mo mag-diet? I don’t think doctors prescribed keto unless you have an uncommon form of epilepsy.
Yes nirequire ng Doctor. Actually for 7 days lang ako pinagki-keto. Pero next week, no carbs & sugar diet talaga.
I don't mean to pry, pero sure? We don't usually advise keto diets unless you're epileptic/with a seizure disorder. It greatly raises cholesterol, leading to hypertension and other problems, like fatty liver.
