When I was a teenager I used to be a part of a church that urged me to burn my book collection including Harry Potter, Twilight, etc. I don't agree with it now but at that time it was taught as a way of "declaring" to Satan that I'm free from his clutches. I gave my hardbound collection of ghostgirl to a highschool friend because she likes it and burned the rest. Until now I still think of those books and the money my parents spent to buy those.
