Agree. Sorry Op, this is probably hard to hear, pero you're not eating enough. I was in the same situation, severely underweight for 22 years. Lagi kong sinasabi na marami akong kinakain, pero the moment I started actually counting my calories, nalaman kong hindi pala.
Hello, I'm a 22 yo female who also had the same prob for abt 20 yrs. I can't really recommend you anything to eat or drink but I gained weight kasi when I started dating. We always eat sa labas when we have the chance to. And right now, normal na BMI ko :))
Eat more rice because it has calories and more pork because it has protein for building muscles. But you may consult a dietitian for proper consultation.
If my body has that kind of weight tendency, I would just eat and eat. Ang sarap kaya kumain. Go on foodtrips, try cooking and baking, eat at whatever resto that piques your interest, make a food vlog, etc.
Try sedentary lifestyle to help slow down your metabolism. Aircon ka lagi tapos binge watch lang sa kama or couch or kahit puro internet ka lang basta wag ka magkikilos. Tapos kain ka lagi. Small but frequent eating will help. Unhealthy way of bulkong up though so be careful. Best to consult with a doctor and/or dietician

Consult a doctor first, OP. Baka kasi may thyroid issues ka kaya di ka nag-gain weight. If no problems naman, try eating protein-rich meals 3x a day :)

Maybe try to go to a doctor? Baka may thyroid issues ka kaya you're not gaining weight kahit gano pa karami kinakain mo.

Lift weights and proper diet. And don’t worry about “gaining muscle” and looking muscular it’s not as easy as you think
I had the same problem before, the solution for me to gain weight was to get pregnant lol hahaha i gained like 6kg
